My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled unpleasant – nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the facilities were run-down. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no professionalism at all. The noise from outside made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and to make things worse, parking comes with an extra charge – a total rip-off! I have traveled for many years, and this is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Do not be fooled by the photos or description. Definitely not worth the money, and I will never return! 我在这家酒店的体验简直糟糕透顶。房间又脏又旧，床品有异味，根本不像宣传照片。卫生间清洁不到位，设施老化。 前台服务态度冷漠敷衍，完全没有一点专业性，让人感觉不受尊重。 酒店周边噪音很大，根本无法好好休息。Wi-Fi 信号极差，几乎无法使用。停车还要额外收费，性价比极低。 我出差/旅行这么多年，从来没有住过这么差的酒店。奉劝大家慎重考虑，不要被它的照片和描述所欺骗。完全不值得，绝对不会再来！ 订了两晚，直接第二晚不住就离开了，太垃圾了！ 前台那个态度极差，名字叫Nikki

I have stayed in this same hotel twice now, it’s brilliant.

When we arrived at the hotel that I’ve found out that none of the rooms (booked 4 rooms) we’ve booked had AC. I had queried with the staff and apparently none of their rooms has AC. She said they did escalate to this to trip.com as on their website advertised that the hotel have AC. They had a fan but not very good. Asked for spare one but they couldn’t provide. :( For parking, per night £5 which is not mentioned on trip.com. But the rooms were clean, staff are friendly.

Perfect location, ample parking, helpful staff,very comfy bed.

Basic but very clean and comfortable. We requested a quiet room and were given a room at the end of the building. Location is obviously not quiet but very convenient for anybody wanting just an easy stopover point on a long journey.

This hotel was average. The room was clean but lacked any special amenities or decor that would make it stand out. The staff were polite but seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not memorable.

We enjoy coming to this location. It is out of the way, which gives us some good 'personal' time, we always have a warm welcome and there are plenty of facilities nearby. Two points that you may wish to address are the prices in the service station food area. (1) Can hotel guests not have a discount voucher as we aren't the 'transient' customer the services are priced to provide for. (2) To get to/from Nuneaton/Coventry means there is a long circuitous route around the M6 in one direction (or the other); depending which side we park on. Is it not possible to allow hotel guests permission to use you "secret" access road directly to the adjacent bridge over the M6, rather than needing a 15 mile round trip to get anywhere?

It’s was absolutely terrible because of a misunderstanding while booking the hotel in the first place,, by mistake it was booked some how on 24 April to 25 April 2024 But it’s should’ve been on 25 April to 26 April 2024 So basically when we were arriving and explained to trip.com who called them but they didn’t do anything thing about it and my money was wasted and I had to do a new booking.,,, Even when trip.com tried to to help and negotiate with the hotel they were very unhelpful and didn’t consider the unfortunate unintentional error due to which the whole issue had arisen and shown no understanding or compassion. The room we were given was fairly clean but there was a very loud noisy fan in the bathroom which was very annoying, we asked for it to be fixed and luckily after the maintenance man tried for a while he eventually fixed it and it was quite. The staff in general were not very helpful. The breakfast was another issue as you had to go a totally different place on the opposite side of the motorway over a bridge which was a big problem for my disabled mother as there were no lifts.Overall I would not be using this hotel again unless there was no other option.
