The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a mini-fridge. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was a plus for me as I had some remote work to handle.

We needed to stay near the train station, and the hotel is conveniently located just across the street, offering a clean environment. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast doesn't have many choices for international guests, which is quite understandable, but I strongly suggest keeping the kitchen doors closed while people are consuming the meal: the view wasn't pleasant at all.

Perfect hotel to stay within walking distance to the Hangzhou west HSR station. It’s well appointed, tastefully decorated, clean and had very good breakfast. Very good value for those who have early or late night train travels in and out of Hangzhou.

Location is superb. It is directly opposite of the bullet train station with less than 2 minutes walk

Excellent staff, room, location, technology enabled services. Staff ensured that we signed up as members to enjoy better value breakfasts for our group of nine.

Love how close it is to the railway station. That way, we need not rush to the train station. Hotel is also very clean

杭州西站出站口出來後，一直往東走，找到東1東2直梯，上4樓出來左轉就到了。 方便乘高鐵，是這家酒店最大的優點了。 房間挺大挺乾淨的，沒有什麼異味。 不滿意的地方： 1、隔音巨差，隔壁還是樓上用水，説話聲音聽的非常清楚，晚上12點半都吵的睡不着覺！ 2.被子太厚，夏天搞那麼厚的被子幹嗎？睡覺能熱**！又不能開空調，因為空調噪音大。 3.燈光昏暗，即使開着燈，化粧鏡的燈打開，也無法看清，對於需要化粧的女生很不友好！

Für uns war die Lage des Hotels besonders wichtig, da wir sehr früh in Hangzhou angekommen sind und unser Gepäck direkt dort lassen wollten. Dieses Hotel war perfekt, weil es direkt am Bahnhof liegt. Wir konnten sogar sofort einchecken und gleich die Stadt erkunden.   Am nächsten Tag haben wir unsere Sachen wieder an der Rezeption gelassen – sehr praktisch, denn so konnten wir erneut ohne Gepäck losziehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung modern. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.   Einziger Nachteil: Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht besonders gut, aber für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.
