Le lenzuola della sedia sono deludentemente polverose e rovinano il pavimento. Appena entrato in camera ho iniziato a tossire. Suggerirei che qualcuno controllasse di nuovo gli addetti alle pulizie dopo aver pulito ogni stanza. La foto mostra le lenzuola della prima stanza piene di peli e polvere. Quando mi sono lamentato, la receptionist mi ha spostato in un'altra stanza: almeno il letto era pulito, ma come si vede dalla foto, il pavimento era ancora sporco e impolverato. Sono grato alla receptionist per l'aiuto nonostante il problema sopra descritto e spero che lo risolvano in futuro.

Il servizio è stato ottimo e le strutture erano discrete. La posizione per il nostro soggiorno era ideale: l'università e i mezzi pubblici erano vicini. Nel complesso, sono soddisfatto del servizio clienti e la chef della colazione è stata una persona gentile. Anche le receptionist.

NON PRENOTATE CON LORO******* Una delle peggiori esperienze di soggiorno che abbia mai avuto in questo hotel. Il personale addetto alle pulizie ha tenuto il mio personale nel sacco della spazzatura quando sono uscito per fare colazione, al mio ritorno ho trovato le mie cose nel sacco e il mio Apple Watch era sparito. Hotel molto basilare rispetto al prezzo. - Niente aria condizionata - Nessuna presa per collegare il ventilatore vicino al letto - Forte rumore dalla strada di notte - Colazione decisamente da ignorare (molto basilare)

L'aspetto e la sensazione sono datati, la pulizia non è delle migliori nell'edificio, soprattutto a colazione, tavoli e superfici sporche intorno ai banconi del cibo con stoviglie usate lasciate sul tavolo dopo gli ospiti precedenti, e tempi lenti a sparecchiare per gli altri clienti in arrivo. Erano rimasti senza cibo per la colazione quando ero lì e molto lenti a sostituire i vassoi vuoti; quando lo facevano, sembrava che mi prendessero un vassoio alla volta, quindi ho dovuto prendere la colazione a rate. Ho rifatto il letto perché tutte le lenzuola erano sfuse e irregolari, buttate insieme e non ben rimboccate.

I went there today start for Wolves vs Man City this weekend, I got a room, I got there 2 hours before my booking, I had to wait 2 hours till 3 o’clock unless I paid ten pounds. When I got to my room I found a stain on my bed I didn’t know what it was, blood etc other than that the room was clean but I could the bathroom clean but the wallpaper worn out.

Dirty towels when I arrive and plus they lock me and my boyfriend out of my hotel room he had to go down stairs and get a new key that is just a key a pain in the ass and had bad experience as well people shouting in the streets at midnight and the toilet doesn’t even flush either bad experience I wouldn’t stay here again no way and they didn’t even service breakfast either I’m very disappointed in this hotel and I couldn’t sleep because of the bed as well it’s kept on making noise lots of people hang around and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and i kept itchy as well on the bed not good services

The toilet seat was broken, Mattress was horrible, I couldn't sleep properly

Decent hotel for the price, bed was comfy and the hotel had everything you needed, very helpful to have the reception open for large periods of the day and night, with friendly staff. The halls did smell of fags and if your room is on the roadside it is very noisy and the building is very hot! There are heaters in all rooms though if it is cold.

Worst hotel Terrible place stole my money no WiFi connection whatsoever in the room ordered food at the bar which was stale and the lady pretended she put the refund back on my card and still now I have not been refunded the service is appalling and if you want to stay alive do NOT eat the food I was in a room where the entrance was and couldn’t have the blind up atall and had to get dressed in the bathroom as everyone could see me and the shower was abserlootley filthy worst place I have ever stayed disgraceful

Room was silly hot and window couldn’t be opened more than a couple inches and no air con, floors were filthy and limited electrical plugs. I asked reception to fix the tv remote or at least provide batteries and a second towel and never received one. Poor customer service

My experience at redwings was great! Location, environment and customer services were top notch

Room was spacious, breakfast offering was complete (English breakfast, cereals, toast, juices and hot drinks available). Our rooms didn’t have AC but there was a fan. Clean and equipped rooms - tea and coffee making facilities and clean towels and spacious bathroom.

No air conditioning so extremely hot. Breakfast was not great as food not replenished and not very well cooked. Tables were not cleared either in bar at night or breakfast in morning. Room basic but clean.
