Excellent service and helpful staff, especially appreciate the pick up car services from station to hotel. Spacious room and comfortable beds. The only thing is the central heater that a bit too warm but you can open the window to regulate the temperature.

Nice and cozy hotel, the service was very good thought not excellent, and the limousine service is very convenient and friendly to use. However, the room deco was kind of outdated and show some wear and tear. It’s time for renovation.

The hotel room is spacious but slightly outdated. Upon entering the room, there was a surprise birthday treat, which was very lovely. The staff provided excellent service!

A good place to stay at karuizawa if you go by car. The breakfast is good but surprise to see that they didn't provide unlimited eggs (you have to order from the main menu and you can't have more than 2).

My frustration regarding my recent experience at this hotel. Upon arriving in the evening, unforetunately I discovered that I had mixed up the dates (by one day) for my two booked rooms. Despite having fully paid for the service and noticing that there were available rooms, the staff were unable to assist us. This left us in a difficult situation, forcing us to find another hotel in a rush. I understand that policies are in place, but given the circumstances, I was hoping for some flexibility or support in resolving the issue as a premium hotel brand. It’s disheartening as we have so much expectation to stay and the rooms are not cheap.

Really a pleasure to stay here. Best is the service and kindness of staffs. Although the location is a bit far from train station, they provide shuttle services, which can even book by email! It also has a route to the ski park so that no worries in calling taxi. Walkable distance to the old Karuizawa street, plenty of restaurants makes the day easy. Perfect stay!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

We had a fantastic stay at hotel. The hotel serve us well and taken great care of our old parents. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff, the driver and cafe staff service made it all up. The hotel is located to the old town area and with plenty of good restaurants near by. The hotel car service takes you to train station for free. This save us a lot of time and money as we are travelling with two old people.

酒店有一點舊 屋子有一點潮 剛進去的時候空調温度設定較高 等了很久温度才降下來 服務非常好 叫了幾次服務 問題都是很快解決 特別提一下早餐 我非常喜歡這次季節限定的主餐：胡麻烏冬 buffet的選擇不多但是很精 沙拉bar嚐到了很多當地的新鮮蔬菜 早餐值得

房間非常大又乾淨，建築隔音非常好，浴室非常豪華，洗澡相當舒服。床墊軟硬適中，讓人不想出門。一樓意大利餐廳a table相當不錯，美味悦目五感的享受。服務一流，大奔接送親切，免費迷你吧內容豐富，非常棒的旅程。

房間有點舊，入住的時候，洗手盤竟然有一點前一位客人的毛髮，有點膈應。房間很大，有陽台，打開窗就可以睇到雪景，這一點很滿意。酒店職員很熱情細心，體驗很好。早餐我們不喜歡，set的品種單一，自助部分種類也不多。很喜歡輕井澤。
