"Visitavo la famiglia e gli amici che vivono nella zona, quindi ho bisogno di un hotel a Wolverhampton, e Novotel era molto ragionevole. Il pranzo è andato oltre le aspettative ed è stato eccellente: tradizionalmente inglese e ho apprezzato le fragole e le fragole come alternative salutarie. Le camere erano pulite e completamente funzionali. La posizione era eccellente, se dovete essere a Wolverhampton, e anche volete prendere un treno, questo hotel è probabilmente la migliore opzione. Le camere non hanno una cassaforte. Il personale era eccellente: pensativo, gentile ed efficace, e non posso ringraziarli abbastanza. Hanno fatto questo hotel ragionevole con una grande posizione (se dovete essere a Wolverhampton) la scelta perfetta."

"⭐ 1 Star Absolutely disgusting experience. Last night alone I killed four flies before going to bed, and another six were in the room when I woke up this morning. Wondering where they were coming from, I checked around the window and found dozens of dead flies, along with many more still alive. It was clear this wasn’t a one-off incident but an ongoing problem that had not been properly dealt with. I reported the issue to the duty manager, Lenzi, and was shocked by the response. She was rude, dismissive and completely unapologetic. She couldn’t even be bothered to come and inspect the room for herself. When I gave the booking name as Chris, she abruptly corrected me and demanded the full name. After I said Christopher, her response was, “That’s better.” Most people would understand that Chris is short for Christopher, but instead of trying to help, she seemed more interested in being awkward and argumentative. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the attitude of management was even worse. Customer service appears to be non-existent here. I would 100% avoid staying at this hotel unless you enjoy sharing your room with flies and dealing with management who simply don’t care."

"Un Park View Hotel è un vero gioiello a Wolverhampton. La sua posizione al contrario del parco è molto piacevole, ed è una semplice passeggiata verso la città. Il parco auto grande sul ‑site è un grande plus, e le camere sono confortevoli e ben guardate. Ciò che rende davvero il soggiorno speciale è l'ospite eccezionalmente amichevole, utile e il personale che si allontana dalla loro strada per farvi sentire benvenuto. La colazione è eccellente fresca, generosa, e bellamente preparata. Posso molto consigliare questo hotel."
