Subject: Formal Complaint – Front Desk Service and Room Noise. I am very disappointed with the service I have received during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, the noise coming from nearby rooms has made it extremely difficult for me to rest. I approached the front desk to request a room change, as the disturbance was unacceptable. However, the staff member at the desk was unhelpful and informed me that nothing could be done. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she did not make any effort to resolve my concerns or offer alternatives. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. As a paying guest, I believe I deserve both a comfortable room and professional service from your staff. Unfortunately, I have experienced neither. It was awesome location opposite white rock marina bay the staff was so helpful 😀

Amazing location, right across from the beach. Awesome for those who don't have transportation. Lots of restaurants near by and a beautiful beach walk

Always a best place when I am in vancouver area

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

The location is nice as it’s very next to the ocean. The lighting in the room is quite dim and some of the towels could be cleaner. The room does not provide slippers and drinking water.

Good service except no water heater provided

We paid $289 incl. Taxes had to pay an extra $22 for parking which I wasn't aware of. Room was clean other than coke stains on the wall and water in the sink not draining very good. The view was a concrete wall of the next building. 🥴

酒店位置很好，在海邊，房間很大很乾凈，前台服務生態度很好，值得推薦！房間能煮食，非常方便！總體滿意

小鎮上非常有情調和氛圍的旅館。毗鄰海岸，樓下有不少酒吧咖啡館和餐廳。老闆很有禮貌也很熱情的介紹了旅館的一切設施。不過，白天最有特色的海邊火車，晚上變成了小小的麻煩—火車警示音。其他的一切都非常棒！

房間內非常乾淨 像是宿舍的感覺 周圍住着也特別安靜 是我住過性價比最高的一間房間 屋內雖然比較有年代感但是完全不覺得老舊 早餐需要單獨購買 就是樓下餐廳的 房間內沒有提供水 但是在同一樓層就有販賣機 有車的話可以停在門口 其實也沒人會來收停車費

非常好，房間很乾凈，佈置的也很温馨，出門過了馬路就到海邊，非常方便。就是停車收費不便宜，好像是20刀吧…
