Hotel con piscina a Washington D.C.

We chose the Hilton because of its location at DuPont Circle and proximity to the metro. It was perfect. Very clean and excellent service. We had a corner room with large windows and a nice view. We weren’t able to check in early and still have our chosen room but we left our luggage with the bell captain, parked and went off to explore on foot for awhile, taking the advice from a helpful front desk clerk for a nice place for lunch close by. Everything was close by. It worked out perfectly. The price of the hotel was excellent too which offset the cost of parking ($56/day) in the garage below where the car stayed for the whole trip. It was very easy to park and get back inside. The restaurants looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. There were just too many local choices and we were out walking most of the day. The bell captain was helpful in getting us a cab one cold evening when my Uber app was be working well. He went outside in the cold until he was able to hail one for us (comparable in price to the Uber we would’ve taken) Lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Molto conveniente e confortevole

My 1-week stay was comfortable and have little to complain. It was close enough to walk to the Washington Convention center. The free luggage storing service was greatly appreciated. I had a pest issue in my room but I think the hotel took care of it immediately. Cost-value was great.

It is really good for price and easy to go places in DC. The Room is clean and the people in here is sooo good, They have a pool in hotel so summer would be better. They have a tub and I can easily fill up hot water in the tub. I highly recommend this place

Had a one day night stopover to collect my documents before heading on a flight back to Europe. The bed was clean and ambience was OK as with my previous stay. The Reception was kind enough to keep my document when it was delivered by courier so I am very thankful for that. Will recommend to anyone on a budget - this place is value for money.

La stanza è pulita e pulita e va alla Casa Bianca per qualche minuto.L'aeroporto ha preso la metropolitana d'argento, giusto, costato quattro dollari, e la carta della metropolitana può continuare ad essere usata.Entro cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.Vai al Congresso, il Museo Naturale e così via possono anche raggiungere direttamente quella stazione della metropolitana. Il trasporto è molto conveniente.La sala può aiutarsi a prendere caffè, cibo, acqua calda, ecc.Molto soddisfatta esperienza,

The free breakfast and evening drinks were very satisfying. In particular, the omelettes cooked on the spot were very delicious. However, the pool did not seem to be maintained. The location was good for sightseeing, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was very convenient.

La prima stanza aveva un fan molto rumoroso. Mi trasferii in un'altra stanza molto più tranquilla. Ho notato che c'erano diverse piccole questioni con la stanza e li ho messi sul desktop, dove un manager (Keith) mi ha sentito e mi ha detto che avrebbe guardato dentro. Non è successo nulla per correggerlo durante l’intera permanenza, non una nota per dire come o se si correggerebbe; la questione era un anello di pittura o epossi nel bagno, qualcosa che avrebbe dovuto essere pulito al momento della pittura. La seconda questione era la poca organizzazione della luce nella stanza, le lampade erano limitate a piccole zone, non c'era luce di sovraccarico e il bagno era sovraccarico o sottoscura, mentre la zona di chiusura era buia, a meno che non fosse luce di giorno. Poi ho notato che in camera ci sono grandi buchi nelle tende di vetro, non tragiche, ma non in linea con il tenore e il tono di un Marriott Bonvoy. Nel lobby c'era solo un elevatore di servizio ADA che andava dalla strada al livello lobby, che era autooperato, senza istruzioni, senza indicazioni a livello e un po' rumoroso.

La mia prima stanza era ok fino a quando le luci hanno iniziato a tremolare e non si spegnevano. Il telecomando della TV ha quindi funzionato male. Così sono andato alla reception e De'Angelo ci ha aiutato. Ha mandato uno staff in alto a controllare. Dopo che l'ingegnere si avvicinò, se ne andò per dire a De'Angelo di cambiare stanza. Così hanno fatto, ma l'unica cosa che avevano a disposizione era una camera declassata, quindi ha inserito alcune note per noi e ci ha fatto pagare una camera con balcone per il soggiorno della scorsa notte. Lui e il personale notturno sono eccellenti ed è qui da poco tempo. Ora il personale diurno d'altro canto era terribile. Sono andato alla reception alle 11 per chiedere informazioni sul nostro upgrade della camera, e mi è stato detto che era in preparazione, ma non siamo stati cambiati fino alle 16:00 circa. Avevamo un itinerario che non potevamo completare a causa dell'attesa del nostro cambio di camera. Abbiamo anche chiesto il servizio in camera per 2 set di posate, e li hanno portati su circa un'ora e mezza dopo, e sono anche entrati nella nostra stanza senza preavviso mentre ero sotto la doccia. Quindi, quando verrai al Watergate, la tua esperienza notturna sarà molto più piacevole che avere a che fare con il personale diurno.

Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!
