Hotel con colazione a Washington D.C.

L'esperienza complessiva di soggiornare in questo hotel a Washington è ancora buona. Ho vissuto una volta prima. Questa volta ho scelto di nuovo questo posto e volevo prenotare la stessa stanza che ho vissuto l'ultima volta. Una delle ragioni importanti per cui ho scelto questo hotel è che l'ambiente è relativamente tranquillo.Se tutti, come me, hanno requisiti di qualità relativamente elevati per il riposo, specialmente se hanno bisogno di un differenziale di tempo, consiglio di scegliere prioritariamente ”camera di galleria” (concentrata sulla piscina). Questa stanza non sarà influenzata dal rumore delle strade. Anche se non può vedere il panorama delle strade, nel complesso sarà molto tranquillo e più adatto per riposare. Questa volta, è un po'solo triste, perché sono arrivato tardi (è mattina), il tipo di camera che avevano prenotato non è riservato, e l'hotel mi ha ”aggiornato” in una grande camera da letto sulla strada. Obiettivamente, questa stanza è davvero più grande e più ampia, ma le carenze sono ovviamente più ovvia al rumore delle strade.Se si tratta di persone che hanno bisogno di un'adeguamento di giorno e di un tempo differito, questo tipo di stanza non è in realtà la scelta più ideale. Quindi, se è necessario per il silenzio, si consiglia di confermare anticipatamente il tipo di camera e l'hotel, o cercare di evitare il più tardi. Inoltre, in generale, l'hotel è buono in città come Washington, dove il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la comodità sono buone.Le strutture sono nuove, il suono climatizzato è molto piccolo, il servizio è anche buono, ci sono tazze di caffè nella stanza, l'esperienza complessiva è comoda. Se tornero'a Washington in futuro, dovrei continuare a scegliere qui.

La posizione è perfetta per arrivare da Amtrak. La stanza è spaziosa e così è la bagno. L'unica cosa è il tessuto è molto vecchio e indossava che sembrava un po' sporco. Ho dovuto chiedere ai pantaloni di camminare intorno alla stanza. Il personale è gentile, ma non posso dire che fossero molto gentile. Dopo tutto è Hilton e si prevede di essere gentile e professionale. Una cosa da notare è che non c'è un master switch per tutte le luci, gli occupanti devono spendere tutte le luci uno per uno

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 lovely nights at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row during our family trip to the nation’s capital, and it turned out to be the ideal choice for our little family of three. Located in the charming Embassy Row neighborhood, the hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Farragut North Metro Station, allowing us to easily reach iconic spots like the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the White House, which were perfect for our curious 5-year-old. We booked a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The room was impeccably clean, with bright, modern decor and soft lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming after long days of sightseeing. The plush beds ensured we all slept well, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for our son, who tends to wake up early with sunlight. There were plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime, and the room had enough space for him to play a little without feeling cramped. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, especially for a young child. The staff was incredibly warm and patient; they greeted our son by name after the first day and even gave him a small toy as a welcome gift, which made him feel so special. There were also convenient coffee stations in the lobby, perfect for a quick pick-me-up before we headed out to explore the city with our little one. The complimentary Canopy bikes were a fun activity for our family—our son loved riding in the child seat while my wife and I cycled around the quiet, tree-lined streets of Embassy Row. The concierge was also very helpful, recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at the museums, which made our trip much smoother. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful, family-focused service made our DC trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Canopy by Hilton Embassy Row to any family traveling with a young child—we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. We will definitely return on our next family trip to Washington DC.

L'hotel è molto ben situato con una fermata di metro a 10 minuti. Nelle vicinanze di Chinatown con bar, ristoranti e negozi. E 'un edificio con affascinante e personale molto gentile. Curioso che non ci sia gel per la doccia, solo una pillola di sapone.

L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica e interni accoglienti. Si trova proprio fuori dalla stazione della metropolitana, a pochi passi dal Monumento a Washington e dalla Casa Bianca, e c'è un McDonald's dall'altra parte della strada, quindi non dovrete preoccuparvi del cibo. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni problemi importanti: la vicinanza all'edificio adiacente significa poca luce, la stanza è incredibilmente umida e la mancanza di insonorizzazione sulla strada la rende incredibilmente rumorosa. La macchina del ghiaccio in B1 eroga acqua potabile, il che è un vantaggio.

La stanza è davvero molto piccola, ma quasi tutti possono essere molto compatti, non è facile, quindi molti ospiti lavorano per riposare e ascoltare al primo piano. In generale, pulito e pulito, molto moderno, la posizione è buona, specialmente l'altro lato ha un grande supermercato, è molto conveniente! La stazione della metropolitana è anche vicina, il traffico è conveniente, naturalmente i biglietti della metropolitana sono troppo complessi, e il personale è buono per aiutarli. Non mi è stato però piacere utilizzare le strutture, ma devo congratularmi con il personale per essere sempre utile e amichevole durante il mio soggiorno. Raccomanderò che il personale sia informato su un piano di emergenza o quando vi siano tagli di potere nella zona per attenuare qualsiasi disagio e inconvenienza sperimentati dagli ospiti. Purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno all'hotel, la potenza è uscita dalle 4:00 fino al momento in cui ho controllato alle 2:00. Sarebbe stato un bel gesto offrire acqua in bottiglia, tassi scontati, coupon o qualche tipo di assistenza agli ospiti che sono stati all'hotel per migliorare la situazione sgradevole di essere senza potere per così tanto tempo. Oltre a questo, penso che l'hotel sia in una buona posizione e è facilmente accessibile a seconda delle vostre esigenze in DC.

Ci hanno fornito una stanza di handicap senza informarci al check-in. Poiché le camere avevano tutte le strutture necessarie, come i binari a mano, ecc. La mattress sta anche sgorgando soprattutto sul lato sinistro non lo standard Marriott. Abbiamo prepagato la stanza per 4 pax, ma solo fornendo 3 tovaglioli da bagno, chiedere la tovagliola da bagno 4 pax dopo l'arrivo, dover chiedere di nuovo dopo che siamo tornati tardi la notte per la doccia. By far the worst JW Marriott 'experience' I've had. The elevator system was terrible, often times waiting for 20-30 mins for the elevator, and when it arrives, it's already full, having to wait for other elevators. This elevator system need to be reprogrammed. The fitness center was close and there was no notice anywhere that it was closed. I called the fitness center to ask if the fitness center has moved, the front desk responded I can go to the Westin Hotel fitness center, which was 1 mile away. One evening the fire system went off and we were told to evacuate the hotel, as we were walking down the stairs, they notified it was a false alarm. The location is great, but I will not stay here again.
