Hotel a Washington D.C. con piscina

本次美國東部遊定的級別最高的酒店，早餐不是自助，是點餐形式，所以也是最亂的地方！這是我唯一吐槽的！就這個早餐，不同人，不同回覆，沒統一的標準！最後結算是：入住3人，每人40美元早餐額度，每個房間每天加收35美金的amenity fee，這35美金可以用於早餐消費，也可以用做酒店其他消費，如：mini bar，room service，SPA，餐廳用餐。這個35美金會額外加税，我們住了3晚，其中2晚加了5.58，第3晚沒加，但是前台經理説是➕10%的税，比例對不上。有的人説我的房費含早餐，不用額外補繳費，有的人説我吃超標了，要補差價，反正就一個字亂！離店時一定讓前台打賬單，挨個核對！不認可的就減出去！最後我用3天amenity fee的額度在餐廳打包了晚餐，最後補了一個小差價！沒多付其他費用！mini bar如果把飲料拿出來，就會自動➕到賬單裏，如果沒喝，讓前台減下來就行。床還是很舒服的，早餐也不錯，酒店位置也好。路邊有停車點，白天衹能每2小時續費，晚上10點到第二天7點免費停車。或者停在酒店旁邊的停車場，費用高點兒，但是方便。我們為了省停車費，搗鼓路邊停車的時候，沒看懂停車牌限制的時間，被罰100美金，因小失大！不差錢的就別折騰，踏實停停車樓裏。

Il nostro soggiorno recente al Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall è stato fantastico per il nostro gruppo di 6 anni! L'appartamento è stato perfettamente formato con due letti regina nella camera separata e un letto di cantina di dimensioni regina nell'area di soggiorno. La spaziale disposizione ci ha consentito a tutti e sei di muoversi in modo confortevole senza sentirsi incazzati, soprattutto con le aree di vita e di sonno separate. Posizione: 5/5 - Primo punto vicino al Mall Nazionale Pulizia: 5/5 - Tutto è stato senza spot e ben mantenuto Servizio: 5/5 - Il personale è stato ospitato Facilities: 5/5 - Tutti gli impianti superano le aspettative L'appartamento è stato un'ideale scelta per il nostro gruppo di 6. Le letti di dimensioni reali, compresa la divano, forniscono un comodo sistemazione di dormire per tutti. L'area di vivere ci ha offerto abbastanza spazio per riunire e socializzare, rendendola una base perfetta per la nostra avventura DC. Per chi viaggia con un gruppo di 6, posso dire con fiducia che questa suite funziona bene, offrendo sia comfort che comodità in un ottimo luogo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante la vacanza di Natale, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza. La posizione è eccellente molto vicino alla Casa Bianca, con molti ristoranti vicino. Quello che apprezzo davvero è stato il servizio di pulizia quotidiana, che è stato sempre fatto con attenzione. Il ristorante del primo piano era anche impressionante, con cibo e servizio comparabili a un ristorante di buona tavola.Tutto su questo hotel era perfetto la posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. Se riuscirò a visitare Washington, rimarrò certamente qui.

È stata una esperienza di tutto valore e soddisfacente, ma c'è stato un incidente in cui ho chiesto un servizio di cabina alla DCA la notte prima di andare a controllare. Non c'è stata alcuna prenotazione. E' deludente, ma per me ha funzionato, perché avevo altri mezzi. Ma se non avessi fatto, avrei fatto un'idea! Almeno avrebbero dovuto ribadirmi con me al momento in cui ho controllato se avessi ancora bisogno del servizio di cabina. A parte questo, tutto il resto era grande - le scelte alimentari per colazione, anche le opzioni di caffè e tè. La posizione era anche grande perché era molto vicino alla Casa Bianca e CVS. La stanza era anche di dimensioni giuste per un singolo occupante, pulita e dotata di adeguate strutture.

Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

The hotel has a good location in DC. We spent four days in the hotel, and we explored the central part of DC (National Hall, Washington Monument, White House, Capitol Hill, and many Smithsonian Museums) by walk (all less than 30-minute walk, which is reasonable) most of the daytimes. The front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly. One thing deserves to be complained about is that the soundproofing of the hotel was not good. We hear nextdoor’s customers talking and street car sirens. But our overall experience is good.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.

It was nice and clean. I enjoyed the stay. You can borrow a hair dryer at the front. Its location is quite a bit far to walk to the National mall but I enjoyed walking the streets. And all the roomates were very considerate and quiet. I appreciate that.
