Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. If you haven’t been in a year or more, you will probably be disappointed. We normally go every year for at least one day and it’s slowly declining. The attached pic is considered ocean view just for reference.

Everything is perfect!! Room, amenities, and location.. I love everything!!

Highly recommend the Napua tower with the added lounge for breakfast/snacks/happy hour food. The staff there is also incredibly nice.

Amazing resort

Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

Checked in early and managed to get a better room than the one I was initially slated to stay in. View was amazing. Been to the Grand Wailea a couple times before but this was the first visit where I went to check out the fitness center and found it to be a highlight of the stay. Lots of great equipment, open 24 hrs, and almost always empty (except for early in the morning when I saw a few other guests). Wish I could use the facility without being a guest. If I had to pick a downside to it, then it would probably be renovations going on. Although the noise never bothered me during the stay, it was mostly an aesthetic annoyance with the signs and blocked off areas.

這個度假村的金鑽評級是勉強的，硬件和地點或許五星，服務最多四星。 勉強的感覺從踏入酒店那一刻起就開始了，門口沒有門僮，也沒人搭理，隨便你自己胡亂摸索找路去前台。前台一上來就很急切地問我要不要每晚多花400刀升級去executive level，我説不要，她就給了一個低層下午就沒陽光的房間。我訂的是海景豪華房哦！而且目前是淡季根本住不滿的。後來在我的交涉下勉強換去7層，再問更高點的房間，答過兩天才有。但我們第二天換了個前台溝通，體驗好多了，直接順利就換到9層。這下風景完全不同了，可以直接看到日落。總結下來發現，酒店體量太大，基本上不主動服務或者不服務，所有事情得自己搞定。員工水平參次不齊，遇到願意服務的員工可以溝通，遇到不想服務的人衹好自己想辦法，辦法就是找其它員工溝通。 房間本身是不錯的，夠大，也乾淨，符合預期。但公共區域也看到些奇怪的東西，比如9層電梯口的擺設桌上有兩天有一些丟棄的餐盒垃圾，還有一天看到丟棄的泳池毛巾，不曉得是不是某些沒規矩的客人亂扔的，我們都驚呆了。 泳池管理程序嚴格，得每天戴一衹手環。成人泳池邊基本上都能找到lounger，這點比預期好。泳池是恆温的，水温很高，邊上還有兩個温度更高的按摩泡池。但是grotto泳池那裡的連接幾個泳池的滑水梯道關閉，不能玩有點失望，能用的話應該非常好玩。 酒店最最出彩的是海灘，沙細無石塊，水清浪平，深淺合適，正對夕陽，確實是一流的海灘。雖是公共海灘，但能直通海灘的酒店貌似衹有四季和華爾道夫兩家。沿海灘的小路很美，可以每天走走。我們每天都會在海灘和泳池來回泡，也就是這個海灘讓我覺得酒店這個錢花得還算物有所值。 餐廳價高，晚餐菜品無功無過，沒啥性價比。午餐可以點一些pizza三明治之類的，大差不差。後來就蹓躂去附近的購物中心和隔壁的四季吃晚飯，一樣花錢，我們還是去有性價比或者有服務的地方花吧。比較下來，四季的菜品，風景和服務都好，價格也可以接受。 島上每家酒店都有的當地風情表演晚餐luau，華爾道夫好像是一週三場。我們本來也想參加。但某晚路過表演場所，那一段正好沒啥氣氛，飯桌都是8人的長條桌，跟露天食堂差不多。後排餐桌最低價每人275刀，抵得上一張頂級歌劇院的正廳座位，沒有性價比，放棄了。 最後説一句，攜程在酒店頁寫着華人待遇，不曉得是什麼意思？如果是針對語言，衹需註明有漢語服務即可。作為遊客，我們不喜歡因為個人背景被區別對待，我們看重的是持續如一的訓練有素的服務和專業高效的溝通。

設施：酒店遊玩設施挺不錯的，有滑滑梯各種泳池，海灘也非常棒。還有酒店私人的沙灘椅，很棒。 服務：服務員很熱情 環境：酒店是度假村模式，整個感覺非常棒，隨手一拍都是風景畫。

酒店環境非常棒，餐廳服務也很好，客房服務態度比較一般。必須要説一下的是，在攜程下訂單還是很好，有任何疑問都及時予以溝通、儘可能給解決
