I like this hotel with great location and service

Nice,nice,nice!

Chambre spacieuse avec salon et table basse. Déco désuète mais tout à fait dans le style de l hôtel. La sdb est plus moderne. Vue sur les toits très jolie. Pas de parking à proximité ou alors très cher, il faut donc marcher car au cœur de la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner succulent avec des produits de grande qualité et un service impeccable. Accès au Spa gratuit mais très décevant : petite piscine très froide, un sauna et c est tout.

parto dalla posizione.....perfetta per tutto,al centro della vecchia vilnius in quello che fu il ghetto ebraico....vicino a tutto e soprattutto a meravigliose passeggiate romantiche.hotel di lusso,storico e rimodernato ambienti ricercati e curatissimi,stanza calda, comodissima e molto accogliente.aree comuni curatissime ed accoglientissime...tutto perfetto dal personale ai cortili interni molto curati,antichi e silenziosi. personale gentilissimo e molto preparato,la colazione superlativa,con ampissima scelta di tutto,dolce e salato,prodotti d'alta qualita ed addirittura menù separato alla carta. bravissimi

La posizione dell'albergo è centralissima, vicino a tutto (compreso un buon ristorante italiano). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa con bagno rinnovato recentemente. Riscaldamento del bagno a pavimento con temperatura molto alta, invita a girare scalzi! Stile albergo retrò, dicono di essere il più antico di Vilnius. Unico neo in questo periodo: non facevano rispettare l'uso della mascherina al self service. Con il covid che galoppa un po ovunque potrebbero fare di più.

We had a wonderful weekend at Stikliai. The hotel facilities are lovely - decent gym, good bar, very good breakfast. Our room had what we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. It is particularly nice that you get both a hard and a soft pillow so that you can choose your preference. The location is central, and service was excellent. We unfortunately couldn't use the spa because it was under renovation, but besides that it was a lovely stay.

I booked this for my colleagues last weekend. It’s not enough to say 5 stars 🌟 it’s all 10+. My gusts have been impressed so much and planing next visit after Christmas 🤩 Reception, staff everyone just perfect Thank you a lot for your help and attitude Dr Renata

Service through out and at all levels of the hotel is 10 stars. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable, happy and well informed. Breakfast is amazing. Location is walkable old town. Value is excellent. You WANT to stay here!!!!

The location is wonderful! Close to all the attractions. We found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful as the helped us arrange a few things for us. The bellman “Liam” was always pleasant and ready to assist. We enjoyed dinner for three nights at the outdoor terrace restaurant. The quality of the food was great, but the service was either excellent or ok, depending on the night. The rooms are all different. We stayed in 28 which was very quiet and comfortable. Large walk in closet with lots of storage, big bathroom with tub and seperate shower and two sinks. The room itself was very generously sized. There is a big red sofa that is also a bed. We loved the room and found it very comfortable! I would have taken off a half a point, but I rounded up for the following- 1) hangers should be the normal ones, They have the kind that are fastened to the rod, as if we would take them. It’s weird that this would be the case in a hotel that is a Relais and Chateau. 2) similar comment on the towels. Coming from the Bristol in Warsaw, it was sad that they were thin, worn and unraveling. They need to be replaced. 3) the font on the laundry list is so small that it can barely be read. They did do a great job on the laundry. 4) the staff that does breakfast is overwhelmed. They need more training. My husband got his eggs 15 minutes before mine. They kept saying they were coming. Food ran out and was not replenished. The wait staff are all very sweet and well meaning, but a hotel of this caliber should be better (again, suffered for following the hotel Bristol in Warsaw and then the Hotel Telegraff in Talinn).

From the moment we arrived here we experienced fabulous service. The hotel is spotlessly clean and decorated very tastefully. The breakfast selection and quality of food was superb! I will definitely stay here if I return to Lithuania! Also, the location could not be more ideal.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2024 on our first visit to Vilnius and Lithuania. A great central location for us as I have mobility issues. We had a re-decorated room with a gorgeous shower room. It was up some stairs which I was okay with, there were lifts to get us almost to the level. It was a small room, but perfect for two of us and it was a very comfy bed. The breakfast was stunning, they also own the pastry shop/cafe across the road. The fruit is from their own farm outside the city, and the pastries were divine. Staff in the restaurant and reception were attentive and had excellent customer service and spoke very good English. The food in the tavern/bar was delicious and the beer was very cold and perfect at the end of a hot day. The pool and gym area is down a staircase and is definitely worth booking for some relaxing time. The pool is only small, but you get private use of this space for an hour and it was lovely to swim, do some aqua exercises and spend some time in the sauna. I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and I would class this as a 4 star hotel. Everything was of a very good standard and the staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. I would stay here again and I have recommended Vilnius and this hotel to friends and family.

I did visit the restaurant Stikliai when it was new - appr. 30 years ago and it was amazing. We tried for years with my husband to find a possibility to stay Christmas here. Last year we finally did. It was not worth waiting... I write this is Aug 2024 and all I can say is: I still have not been able to claim them. It was that bad indeed.
