Our stay at Suzhou Marriott Hotel was pleasant. The room was huge, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cold enough, really efficient, especially during summer. The only downside is the fridge and the safe were both not working. We stayed in room 3203, and the housekeeping lady on our floor was kind and friendly. Would love to return again one day.

Nice big comfortable bed with big pillows that should earn 5 stars 🌟 The only drawback is the hotel does not equipped the toilet with bidet.

the hotel itself is great, I would not mind to give a 5. However, the booking is confusing. I booked via Trip app, and selected pay at hotel option. However, my credit card still got charged immediately. While checking in, the front desk asked me to pay again, since their record shows I need to pay at hotel, and I paid cash. Now I have paid double for my stay, not sure when they are going to refund me.

+ Location is pretty good if you want to be in the city. It’s not far from the train station and many attractions/tourist spots. Room was pretty good, large, and clean. Service was good, nothing you wouldn’t expect for a hotel like Marriott but good. Swimming pool was clean and pretty big. There are lockers, showers, and everything you’d need. There was literally no one inside so it made it even better. - Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was quite large but some of the foods were not fresh: pastries, hash browns, and probably others. Juice or soya milk was mixed with water so it wasn’t great. Of course some other things were fresh but I expected way more from such a hotel.

There is a very nice hotel and the hotel staff are very helpful, one of them is Du Tonghui 杜同辉 amd.the front desk manager (if im not mistaken), both of them are very kind to people. It is possible to spend a whole day in this hotel enjoying the facilities.

It’s an average venue.

Convenient location in Gusu, great view, style with the red wood furniture didn’t age very well, but it remains a solid choice

This place is amazing. The service is first class, the room is neat and clean. The food selection is awesome. Will definitely return.

帶孩子過來住兩天，老牌酒店設施難免比較舊了。去周邊玩樂很方便，離得都很近。早餐還行，房間也不錯。前台入住很便捷，能幫忙解決很多問題，另外感謝一下jaremy陳經理，很專業很貼心。
