È appena fuori dall'uscita 3 della stazione della metropolitana del Cultural Expo Center sulla linea 1. La posizione è eccellente. Puoi raggiungere a piedi Eslite Harmony Times e Jiuguang in circa dieci minuti. È anche molto comodo ordinare da asporto poiché i robot consegneranno il cibo alla tua porta. Il servizio è molto buono. Il direttore Xiaogang alla reception ha un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio, ci ha anche spostato in modo proattivo in una camera con vista sul lago con un piccolo balcone che può vedere la porta est. Anche il bagno è separato da umido e asciutto. E' solo che il condizionatore in camera è un po' rumoroso. . . Se non riesco ad addormentarmi nel cuore della notte, mi alzo e lo spengo prima di riaddormentarmi.

Se vuoi partecipare al Garden Expo, soggiornare qui non è una cattiva idea. L'Expo Center è proprio fuori dalla porta e il parcheggio è condiviso. Puoi ottenere un biglietto per il parcheggio gratuito alla reception durante il tuo soggiorno. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, molto vicino alla libreria Eslite, con comodi trasporti. Il servizio di Serena è molto buono! Vedere i bambini mi ha aiutato a sistemare una stanza con una leggera vista sul lago e sulla Porta Orientale. I bambini sotto i 17 anni che soggiornano in hotel usufruiscono della colazione gratuita, il che è un enorme complimento👍. Proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al cancello dell'hotel c'è il Centro Culturale Suzhou, dove è possibile assistere a mostre e spettacoli. Andando oltre c'è il molo, dove si può nuotare intorno al lago. La vista notturna è bellissima. C'è un centro commerciale nelle vicinanze dove è possibile fare shopping e mangiare. La mattina del check-out, ci siamo incontrati con la Maratona di Suzhou e nella stanza è stato possibile vedere un breve segmento della corsa, il che è stata una piccola sorpresa🏃!

An experience to remember. The location of this hotel cannot be more perfect, we got lucky to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful full view of the Jinji Lake. This hotel has made our trip extra special, I will not forget the sense of peace I experienced sipping a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the stunning view. Eslite bookstore and Moonlight Pier are both fantastic locations to explore while staying at the hotel. The breakfast selection is so abundant, it’s so good that I would visit just for breakfast next time. Thank you to all staff for making the experience special.

Super service! Great room! Walked into such an inviting atmosphere, the reception staff were awesome and so friendly. The room was superb, comfortable and big plus for me was that there were extra blankets in the cupboard already(, as I tend to get chly while my husband is always too hot - so the AC is usually a fight for us 🤣) there was a great variety for breakfast with combination of Asian and Western style. Also, a perk was it was within walking distance to some great vibey places and food. Highly recommend

The hotel is next to the exhibition grounds, just a few mins walk. It's also walking distance to the Jinji Lake, and a mall nearby with a railway metro station exit (Line 1) just next to the hotel entrance. Huge lobby with friendly service, from front desk to housekeeping and concierge. Especially the concierge, as I sent over 20 packages from my online shopping on Taobao to the hotel before my arrival and they were so organized they managed to get them out for me in minutes and sent it to my room. The room is big, comfortable for 2 to share with a separate standing shower and toilet. The bed is firm but I found the pillows too soft. The water pressure of the shower head was a bit weak too. The hotel also has a decent sized gym and a heated lap pool. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering international usuals like bread, pastries, sausages and also local favs like porridge and noodles live station. Overall a great hotel especially for the price we paid.

My stay at Novotel Jinji Lake SuZhou was very pleasant, with a standout feature being the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center and International Exhibition Hall, within walking distance to major attractions. While the breakfast buffet could have had a slightly wider variety, the quality of the food was good. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a positive stay in SuZhou China. I recently stayed at the Novotel Suzhou SIP, located conveniently by the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to cultural landmarks like the Suzhou Culture and Arts Center, Moon Harbor, Eslite Bookstore, and major shopping areas such as Shin Kong Place. Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers. During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants. Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and professional, going above and beyond to arrange two rooms next to each other for our group, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the concierge was incredibly helpful in calculating our travel times and arranging taxis to the airport, ensuring a smooth departure. Thank you!
