Case vacanza in affitto a Pattaya

Questa volta a Pattaya, ho soggiornato in questa villa vicino alla spiaggia. È stata davvero l'esperienza di soggiorno più soddisfacente del mio viaggio! Posizione: La villa è proprio sul mare e la spiaggia è a 1 minuto a piedi. Ambiente della villa: La casa è una combinazione di stile Nanyang e stile moderno, molto simile a quello di una vacanza. La piscina è progettata con molta cura, offre un'ottima privacy ed è particolarmente adatta per scattare foto. Ogni camera è spaziosa e luminosa, pulita e ordinata, e anche il letto è molto comodo. Servizi di supporto: La cucina è completamente attrezzata, potete cucinare da soli e c'è un barbecue. Facciamo barbecue a bordo piscina la sera, il che è molto comodo. Servizio del proprietario: Il proprietario è super entusiasta e risponderà a qualsiasi domanda. Anche il servizio di ritiro è ben organizzato e non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di problemi di trasporto. È assolutamente una villa da sogno, l'ho già ritirata e ho intenzione di tornarci la prossima volta!

The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

Positivo: abbiamo affittato il posto perché ho bisogno di spazio per pulire il mio attrezzo di immersione, e questo era perfetto per questo. Ha una tavola da biliardo da giocare con la famiglia o con gli amici. Il composto è sicuro con guardie e portali intorno. 10 minuti di guida a Balihai Pier così suggerisce per diversi. La custodia casa è sorprendente molto pulita e utile. Nessuna attrezzatura tranne asciugamani e asciugacapelli, ma questo era nella descrizione così non era un problema. Le tolette sono pulite e sostituite ogni altro giorno, così anche un pollice in alto. Punti negativi: la proprietà chiede di depositare circa 15% ma non vi dice mai che dovrete pagare in ”cash” fino all'ultimo minuto. Ho dovuto sbrigare il giorno prima di check-in per scambiare abbastanza cash. Preparetevi con abbastanza cash se si prenota questo Il giorno scorso il manager mi ha chiesto di dedurre 3000thb per la tassa elettrica e ho detto che era ridicolo. Finalmente non ha pagato la tassa, ma era un po' strano dirlo.

We had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient. The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive. Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!

去過很多次芭堤雅，今次試到這個新開的Villa，真的10分推薦，以前住Villa總是一個大問題，就是附近什麼都沒有，這家絕對是超級方便門口就有些7-Eleven和一些地攤小食店，絕對不怕肚子餓。房間很大，設施齊全。這家酒店是一個集團式有幾間Villa選擇，所以不怕太影響有其他居住的當地人，每天管家都會收拾房間，住得10分舒服，有得煮食和洗衣服，還可以BBQ和朋友，泳池都夠大可以游水。位置方面去21大約都是15分鐘車程絕對可以接受，附近還有大型bigc, 绝对适合家庭旅客和一大班朋友入住! 下次一定会再住!

Avoca Pool Villa was somewhat difficult to locate initially. However, after communicating with the property via WhatsApp, the team was very helpful and arranged to collect us from a nearby landmark, which we appreciated. Upon arrival, I did notice that the villa allocated to us was not the same villa that I had originally booked. I raised this with the property, and the manager was kind enough to meet with me personally on the day of check-in to discuss my concerns, which I appreciated. The villa itself was spacious and conveniently located for our group of eight. Its central location was a definite advantage, with a 7-Eleven, Lotus, taxi stations, ATMs, spas, restaurants and other food outlets all within easy reach. That said, I felt that the photographs displayed on the booking website were somewhat outdated and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. As a result, the villa was not quite as we had expected based on the images when making the booking. While the property has plenty of potential and is a lovely, spacious villa, I believe it would benefit from some updating and refurbishment. In particular, some of the couches are showing significant wear due to the leatherette material, and the bathrooms could also benefit from modernisation. More generally, the villa would benefit from some refurbishment to bring it back to the standard suggested by the original photographs. I would strongly recommend that the property update the photographs on its website and booking platforms to accurately reflect the villa's current appearance and condition. This would help guests have realistic expectations when making their booking and avoid any potential disappointment on arrival. Overall, the villa has a lot going for it, particularly its size, location and the helpfulness of the manager. With some updating and, importantly, current photographs, I believe it could provide an even better experience for future guests.

場所は、わかりずらく、タクシーで到着するのにかなり迷いました。フードを頼んだ際にも、ドライバーさんから何度も電話があったぐらい、わかりずらかったようです。 子供たちは、プールで泳ぎ、快適な時間を過ごしていました。
