The room is modern and clean; although not big, but still comfortable. The water park has many facilities and is really enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant is on the 32 floor, which has very nice views. Just next to the hotel, it is the terminal 21 shopping center, where is good to walk around. All services in this hotel are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

L'hotel è stato fantastico con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e personale ausiliario e inglese. Situato in una zona più tranquilla di Pattaya, è soprattutto pulito e sicuro. La piscina è un bel posto per rilassarsi e le camere sono tranquille, spaziose, confortevoli e soprattutto con letti confortevoli. La colazione è stata diversa e buona. Oltre al ristorante dell'hotel con cibo consigliabile, ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti piacevoli e preziosi intorno. Vieni a raccomandare l'hotel anche ai nostri amici.

We booked a quick yet comfortable overnight stay at J Inspired in Pattaya on 12/23 to 12/24 the day before Xmas. It was quite a memorable but short stay regardless it was a very comfortable one for us. We paid around 1000 baht without breakfast and its all worth it. The hotel is a walking distance away from Terminal 21 mall, one of my favourite malls in Thailand. Parking is also free so good choice for those with cars like us. Initially, we went in to the other J inspired hotel so make sure to park and check-in properly at the right one. They have 3 adjacent hotels and the other one is across the street. Check-in is a bit slow for us because we booked it last minute and it hasn't reflected properly on their system yet via Agoda. They have a huge lobby with lounge at the center and open air access to their 2 big pools right at the center courtyard. Restaurant is also located at the other end from the check-in. Parking is at the basement and lifts at the center of the lobby. We booked a Deluxe city view room with a double bed, balcony, living room, kitchenette and shower with bath tub. The room is very big which is quite similar to a service apartment. This room is perfect for a family of four and those who love to have some hot warm meals in the room because they provide microwave oven. I loved that they provide bath tub of their deluxe rooms because its my favourite especially when I get to chance booking Japanese hotels or 4/5 star hotels. It relaxes me using the hot tub especially before sleeping. I even had it tried 2x for an overnight stay. Toilet/Shower is quite big just like the room and they provide some ample toiletries which I like. The one thing that surprised me is the Kitchenette which is not usual for 4 star hotels. We didn't use it because of our short stay but hopefully next time when we come back. They have mini-bar with coffee/tea/drinks, mini-fridge, safety lock, office table, luggage compartment, wardrobe, huge mirror and lots of cabinets. WIFI is quite fast and they provide TV with cable/local channels. They have a couple of power outlets on near the office table/TV but on the bed just on the left side near the sofa. I love the wooden floor and light blue concept of the bedroom. View from the balcony is not that stunning but its ok. Overall, we loved the room for a quick overnight stay it made an impression on us. I took a quick morning swim before we checked out and the pool is pretty clean, lots of beach chairs and have a good view. I tried only the pool beside our hotel. Check out is pretty quick and smooth and we had a great time, felt refreshed and relaxed for a just a quick overnight stay at J Inspired hotel in Pattaya. This one goes for a revisit again especially if I need that hot relaxing tub again. Next time we would like to try their breakfast, room service and some other amenities which we failed to try due to time constraint. So there, if you plan a quick overnight stay, or try a hot tub and must have a kitch

Pretty good ASQ quarantine stay, October 2021. Clean, attentive staff, and the food was better than expected. We stayed in a family suite with additional room, total 109,000 Thai Baht for 14 days. Recommend them in this regard. Be aware though that they do have a no refund policy, so you may want to pre negotiate that if government quarantine policy changes, that you should be entitled to a refund for unused days, tests, food, etc. For example if you check into their hotel but the next day the Thai gov't says quarantine is no longer mandatory... you won't get stuck having to stay with J Hotel. In our case the Ministry of Health cut the quarantine time for vaccinated travelers from 14 to 10 days, but the hotel would not refund us for the 4 days we wouldn't be staying. Instead, they said we could stay for 4 more days if we wanted. LOL! Whatever. Alternatively perhaps find a different hotel with a more flexible refund policy.

La piscina è enorme e facile da garantire il letto solare anche se luglio ha pioggia più alta, quindi l'hotel è più tranquillo. Ospiti principalmente tedeschi o asiatici da una serie di paesi. La colazione era buona con sufficiente scelta. I prezzi del bar sono molto ragionevoli. Situazione, come detto, vicino al Terminal 21 che ha una vasta gamma di shopping e cibo ma un po 'più costoso. Resort è tranquillo giorno e notte. Short walk to beach. In generale, un buon standard di un alloggio che rappresentava valore per soldi.

We have selected this resort for its location due to the convenience spot in Pattaya. Then we realized when we arrived that they just renovated the whole resort with the new management. The resort seems simple and cozy. The staff are very friendly. The room is so nice and spacious. We stay in an attached Villa next to the swimming pool. Breakfast was enough and good to start the day with your choice of set menu. Finally, we left this resort with an impressive experience and decided to return.

Impressionato dal chiamare per chiedere la camera il 31 dic. sera, quante camere, quanti prezzi, spiegato molto attentamente e parla bene fino a prenotare una stanza. Chiedi il numero di persone e bambini fino al giorno del CI, il personale frontale è molto carino, parla bene, lavora veloce, la stanza è pulita, il letto è morbido, pulito, fino al balcone. Rimanete a scuola, molto sporco, chiedendo posti di visita, è buono consigliare. Dimmi informazioni complete, colazione, zia, zia, molto carina, parlare, aiutare a raccogliere le cose perché siamo bambini piccoli, cibo delizioso, sapore medio, bambini possono mangiare.

L'arredamento della camera è soddisfacente per lo standard vacanziero, ma la camera è abbastanza grande. Anche la colazione va bene. Durante l'epidemia, è necessario prendere un appuntamento per consumare la colazione, e anche il cibo viene completato dal personale. Sono stato in questo hotel per 4 o 5 volte.. il personale è amichevole e la vista sulla piscina è fantastica! La stanza è pulita e spaziosa ... ama Tuttavia, solo un triste incidente .. i miei occhiali di sole sono stati rubati alla piscina superiore del tetto mentre siamo in piscina .... Cam non può anche vedere chi ha preso .. Dovrebbe essere installato un cam su più aree sul lato della piscina, poiché il tetto superiore bar è aperto al pubblico ... camminare in ospite può passare la piscina alla sezione di visualizzazione ...
