EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliOttima pulizia. Un po' scomodo dover chiedere lo spazzolino alla reception, e non viene fornito il rasoio. Le ciabatte sono sandali normali, non usa e getta, il che è più ecologico. Già presenti zanzare, ma non ho visto alcun repellente. La colazione è piuttosto abbondante, un mix di cucina orientale e occidentale, e di buon gusto. È un hotel per non fumatori, e assolutamente vietato mangiare durian in camera. Il mio collega è stato multato di 1000 baht thailandesi per aver mangiato solo un boccone di durian. Al piano terra ci sono due piscine, dove molti stranieri prendono il sole. Peccato che il mio viaggio di lavoro fosse pieno di impegni e non ho avuto tempo di goderne.

CChris AzznarQuesto posto ha davvero un fascino unico. È bellissimo e il design di ispirazione zen dell'edificio rilassa immediatamente la mente. Le camere sono spaziose, la TV funziona perfettamente e il letto è semplicemente paradisiaco. L'ambiente, la colazione e, soprattutto, l'atmosfera sono assolutamente eccezionali. L'unico inconveniente, che per molti versi può anche essere un enorme vantaggio, è che si trova piuttosto lontano dal centro città. Ma questa distanza garantisce pace e tranquillità, e nei dintorni troverete graziosi negozietti, bancarelle di street food e uno scorcio della vera vita quotidiana in Thailandia, lontano dal rumore e dalla folla di Pattaya. Quindi sì, consiglio vivamente questo posto, soprattutto a chiunque sia disposto a rinunciare alla vita notturna per tranquillità e autenticità.

But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. TT.T.T.Lo stesso Cesare si vergognerebbe di chiamare questo il suo palazzo, con gli interni e i mobili antiquati, eppure è in una buona posizione, le camere sono OK, ha bisogno di qualche aggiornamento, soprattutto i rumorosi condizionatori e oh sì, unire 2 letti singoli insieme, non lo rende un letto king size 🙄 ma il personale è disponibile e cordiale, soprattutto il personale delle pulizie

A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.
