Hotel con balcone a Pattaya

Its small hotel and location is walking distance to Joitiem beach. Swimming pool is small but good. Buffet breakfast is ok. Photo taken from the front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The breakfast was also delicious. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely be happy to stay again!

Rooms large and kept clean..great location and quiet of a night time so no noisy guests. There's a bar close by that plays music but not really a issue. Pool area rather small but all in all its worth the price.

Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.

Staff was very accommodating to my requests which I greatly appreciate. Very close to the main road and beach, about a 5-minute walk which was convenient. Facilities were nice. Room itself was okay, had a bit of a smell but apart from that was satisfactory and had everything you need. Wish they had some hand soap though, as I had to use the body wash for soap. And it wasn't really clear how to connect to the Wifi. Apart from that, pretty satisfied. Decent place!
