Hotel in zona Rainbow Park, Vancouver

Il momento in cui sono entrato nel lobby e sono stato accolto dal personale, sapevo che sarebbe stato un viaggio incredibile. Inizialmente, la posizione è sorprendente. Camminare a tanti ristoranti, negozi di caffè e negozi. Il mio primo concierge, Alexander, mi ha raccontato molto sulla storia di alcuni edifici e mi ha raccomandato di andare tutti. Ha anche compiuto un passo in più per camminare con me e il mio amico a Palate Kitchen intorno all’angolo per assicurarsi che non ci siamo persi e ci ha presentati all’ospite. Il servizio clienti è stato così incredibile che non ho mai vissuto, anche quando sono stati a 5 stelle altri hotel. Tutte le raccomandazioni dei siti per vedere rendevano il nostro viaggio assolutamente perfetto . L'agente del servizio di fronte della notte mi ha offerto anche acqua e mi ha offerto di chiamare un camion quando il mio Uber ha cancellato il mio volo alle cinque. L'altro impiegato che ha trasferito il mio bagaglio nella macchina, mi ha portato la notte in pioggia e mi ha aspettato fuori fino a quando non erano lì. La stanza era senza spot e così bella.La custodia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario. Abbiamo anche ricevuto una carta scritta a mano con Rose al momento dell'arrivo, nonché i biglietti per colazione e il check-in precoce. Grazie tante al personale per aver fatto la mia vacanza così magica. Non posso aspettare di fare riferimento ai miei amici in vacanza per soggiornare in questo hotel. Che esperienza speciale! Anche il colazione e il ristorante è stato fenomenale !

L'hotel è stato prenotato l'ultimo minuto perché dovevamo rimanere prima di prendere un volo di mattina. Quando ci siamo accolti, abbiamo ricevuto quasi tre volte il compagno di stanza per un deposito di sicurezza strano e inaspettato. La stanza era molto bella e i letti erano forse i letti più confortevoli che ho soggiornato. Aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Sono uscito presto la mattina dopo e i signori del desk era molto utile e ci hanno anche prenotato un taxi.

Il paradosso è stato finora la migliore esperienza di ospite e servizio che abbiamo avuto negli anni, dalla ricezione, dal servizio in camera al valletto. Sono amichevoli, estremamente utili, ci sono dettagli che non penserete mai a pavimenti riscaldati nel bagno, aria floreale filtrata nel lavandino. Proprio nel centro della città, tutto è a piedi, le camere sono assolutamente un'oasi nel centro di una metropolitana.

The location is great, as it's just next to the Sky Train station and also close to the airport. The size of the suite is perfect for a family of 4 like us. It is a surprise that the hotel has a indoor swimming pool with slide, kids were happy!

Il nostro soggiorno era solo per una notte prima di prendere un volo internazionale. L'hotel era un luogo fantastico per un buon riposo prima di viaggiare. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e professionale. La stanza era pulita, moderna e confortevole con un bagno incredibile. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e il mercato notturno locale e il centro commerciale sono a piedi. L'aeroporto è a soli 5 minuti di auto dalle porte frontali. Si consiglia molto di questo hotel se avete bisogno di un posto per soggiornare prima di viaggiare.

Questo è il nostro secondo anno in fila di prenotazione al Element Metrotown Burnaby per i nostri tornei di calcio. Roxanne in prenotazioni di gruppo era super utile e fantastico a lavorare con perché mi ha aiutato a organizzare l'alloggio. Non ho idea di cosa stavo facendo. Rafael al divano era amichevole, utile e ricordava tutto. La posizione era eccellente con molte opzioni alimentari, pasticche e un centro commerciale. Le camere erano spaziose e splendide con grandi viste. La cucina con frigorifero completo è molto conveniente per 4 occupazioni. Le letti sono anche molto confortevoli. Arriveremo sicuramente a questo hotel.

The facility is a little old. The bedside light burnt out when i was reading and the plug of the electric kettle wasn't working. Other than these small things, all was good. Shuttle service is recommendable and there are interesting restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Tried a Chinese noodle place called ban but xian. The food was so tasty.

La stanza era semplice e pulita. Il piano di livello in bagno potrebbe essere meglio marcato, ma ci siamo adattati. Una AC portatile era nella nostra stanza al check in che era buona, perché era necessaria. La chiave della camera fisica ha preso un po' di tempo per essere abituata (cioè non chiudere automaticamente), la casella via cavo è stata fissata in modo precario sul muro montato la TV e ci ha voluto un po' di tempo per ottenere tutto correttamente legato. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente (siamo rimasti per diversi giorni e avremmo apprezzato un posto per appendere due asciugamani bagnati bagnati) ma non è niente di generoso. Il bar del snack del lobby è un incubo diabetico, ma ogni mattina ci sono anche banane.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. Potete dire subito come l'hotel è stato abbastanza nuovo! La nostra famiglia è rimasta per 2 notti e era molto confortevole. Non sicuramente ci fosse qualcosa che non ci piaceva. Solo un paio di punti: Ristorante opzione: Match Eating & Public House And The Buffet Abbiamo avuto una grande aspettativa del Buffet. Ah... così vergogna... Non vale la pena pagare così tanto. Fidati di me. Evitare il posto. Internet: La connessione è molto forte, ma ricordatevi che è una connessione pubblica non sicura. C'era qualcuno che cercava di accedere al mio email personale. Fortunatamente, ho avuto il mio account di posta elettronica sicura con due modi di autenticazione. Considerate... per proteggere voi stessi stabilendo la 2-way autentification... ecc.
