Very clean and great service!

Amazing hotel. Room was very spacious. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel to stay in the city for our wedding weekend. We travel a lot and this was one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. There is a tonne of attention to detail and quite luxury everywhere ( Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, Smart TVs). The place was also immaculately clean. Can't wait to stay there again!

早めに到着しましたがホテルのスタッフ達の対応はとても良かったです。英語が苦手な私にも翻訳を使ってくれて説明してくれました。 部屋はとても清潔で掃除がとても綺麗にされています。 バスタブも清潔で気持ちよく使用できました。 アメニティもディプティックだったので良い香りでした。 チェックアウトもスムーズでした。 立地も良くまたバンクーバーに来たときは是非また宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

不能和國內以及香港的rosewood比，但和在北美的其他酒店比已經很不錯了。是願意再次入住的體驗感，地理位置也很好，出行方便，valet parking也不用等很久，整體是舒服的，

酒店的地理位置很好，出門對面就是商場，周邊用餐也是非常的方便，房間內的設施和細節配套也很棒，洗浴用品都是頂奢配置！

温哥華酒店中的愛馬仕，值得推薦！酒店處於市區、位置好、交通方便；酒店設施精緻且注重品質，服務熱情、優質！

酒店位於温哥華美術館對面，地理位置優越。酒店擁有上百年歷史，故設施頗顯陳舊，但這也讓大堂old money範兒十足。雖然我訂的是乞丐房，但酒店給我的房間是一間衹有一小扇窗户的小房間，這讓我氣的不行，貌似北美酒店都有欺負中國人的習慣。經過嚴肅交涉，第二天還是幫我換了寬敞明亮的多的房間。不過服務態度還是對得起Rosewood這個品牌的。

到店後被安排在一間最角落的房間 和照片不一樣 沒有浴缸 房間很小。 去前台 他們説你們的照片有問題。 被要求每天加50加拿大幣才換到和照片一樣的房間。

當地最好的酒店，位置和環境都非常好，服務周到會主動關心客人，離downtown和Canada place很近。

温馨舒適，客房服務細緻，早餐美味，出餐很精緻，入住的三天嘗試了不同早餐口味都非常滿意👍 這裡是温哥華市中心的理想選擇
