Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

服務人員都超級友善有禮貌還送小孩禮物，房間也乾淨舒適，有附水及nespresso, 可惜是沒有泳池健身房。

房間很漂亮，服務很好，大堂經理一直笑容滿面，很安靜的環境，附近就餐、購物都非常方便。客房服務及時、高效～

這間酒店在Downtown非常方便，容易找到 酒店房子非常乾淨，舒適。歐洲風格。 酒店裏有餐廳職員非常有禮，非常細心 還介紹給我們吃早餐的餐廳很好吃

精緻型商務酒店，房間比較小，但是乾淨舒服。前台辦事很有效率，雖然我英語交流不夠好，他們一下子就明白客人需求，省心又省力，整體還是比較滿意的。

호텔 바로 옆에 팀홀튼이 위치해있습니다. 다운타운도 도보로 7분이면 도착해서 위치가 좋았습니다. 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주었습니다.

這次入住遇到馬桶摁鍵問題，酒店服務不到位

房間乾淨，在市中心，購物就餐都非常便利
