Hotel’s location is the best. Short walking distance to any landmark in downtown and near the Burrad station. Breakfast is super basic just selection of breads, juices, tea, coffee, and yogurt. No hot dish or any meats. There is only a DIY waffle maker. Room is clean and same as in the photo and has coffee maker and refrigerator.

Location is near Canada Place which is great if you've got cruise or meet up at that location. Overall good experience.

If you are looking for luxury this isn’t your place. If you want a clean room, great customer service and location, then this is the place.

They were able to check us in early when we got there, and kept our bags secured up front when we were checking out as we had late afternoon flights but morning checkout. Very friendly front desk staff throughout the whole stay! Also in a very prime location downtown!

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station. Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean. There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

非常小的房間，窗户面對着牆，後來調換了臨街的房間，半夜街上有非常大噪音，房間里根本連不上wifi，酒店位置不錯，早餐很差，除了位置，一無是處

酒店位於市中心，步行可以去加拿大廣場，從機場有地鐵線直接到達，前台服務很熱情，熱心介紹當地景點，性價比高。
