Good, modern and clean hotel. Service and breakfast were very nice and we were picked up from the train station on arrival by Kai. The hotel also has free laundry facilities.

From check-in to check-out, your staff was incredible. Breakfast spreads were awesome. Room is clean, thanks to housekeeping. Thank you for a lovely experience!

One of the most modern hotel in turpan. Receptionist is very helpful. There are shops and eateries around the hotel. Room is spacious and conformable. Breakfast has good spread.

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

Good and elegant but need to work to make the breakfast more western

Service is very good - large room comes with free shuttle, nice sumptuous breakfast and cosy - just that room doesn't cool down nicely. Other than that, good price.

Swish modern hotel that makes an ideal base for trips to the surrounding sights of Turpan. Large clean rooms with powerful shower, great buffet breakfast and well located in the downtown area close to shops, supermarkets, and eateries - including a night food market - all within five minutes walk. As non-Chinese speakers it was really helpful to have the support of guest services manager Caesar who helped us organise transport, and was only a phone call away in case we got lost. Walking distance to the museum and bazaar, the hotel had a nice bar and lounge area to kick back in.

Centrally located, the hotel is near many eateries and convenience stores. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. Very prompt in their services and friendly. Special mentions to Lan Lan (兰兰) and Jin Jin (金金), the two front desk officers who made me felt right at home. They made this stay an especially memorable one for me and my family. Highly recommended and will stay again. :)

I have a good time at the hotel. Staffs are very helpful, specially Adila is so kind and energetic to help for everything. I do love to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended .
