The hotel is not new but service is excellent. Specially Suttle bus was good. We booked Suttle bus service and used when we departed for airport.

Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Dated furniture, would be great if the room has brighter light. Other than that its perfect for an overnight stay.

Stay was alright, only problem I face they don’t have own pickup, they have shared bus with another hotel and no pickup service after 10:30pm so I had to take taxi. Breakfast was basic, no many choices.

The SureStay was a great hotel! I only stayed one night, but definitely would come back as the service was exceptional. From shuttle driver to front desk, all employees were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also enough to start your day. The location of the hotel was why I picked it, as Minoru Park was directly behind it. I had a lovely and secure walk about. Open spaces, huge trees and wildlife (ducks and rabbits) made the visit interesting. The front desk recommended a very nice restaurant right across the street from the hotel for dinner. It had a nice atmosphere and Happy Hour prices gave an inexpensive meal for the evening.

Highly recommend for short stopover!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located to the airport. The have a free shuttle to and from the hotel. There was no shuttle available in the AM so they ended up booking me and paying for the taxi there themselves. The bed is super comfortable. I enjoyed my stay

The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.

This is my second stay at Surestay. The room was comfortable and had warm shower that was relaxing. The front office staff was accommodating and informative. He booked our FREE airport shuttle service which arrived on time. Complimentary coffee was good. Willing definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location is very good. It is very close to many restaurants! The hotel has its own parking lot. It is also very close to the supercharging station.

I booked here for 2 days. The facilities in the room were quite old, but that was acceptable considering the price. The room was fairly clean and tidy, but the lighting was very dim. What really bothered me was the strong musty smell in the room — it was overwhelming, pungent, and very uncomfortable. I had to turn the air conditioner on high to try to mask the odor, but the AC was extremely noisy. In the end, I didn’t even bother asking for a refund for the second night — I just left and checked into another hotel as soon as I could.

Good location, free parking on basement & free shuttle to Vancouver International airport. A nice park is just behind the hotel. Shopping mall and restaurants are nearby with walking distance.

Really comfortable bed and pillows.  Super quiet room. Nice and clean.  BUT the air con is very noisey.  We only had it on low tan cool and every hour the compressor would kick in and was very noisey.  Not sure if all rooms the same or just ours.  306.  Location is close to airport, easy walk to skytrain and buses out front.  Breakfast is very basic, and whilst included in room rate and convenient it’s not a draw card.  The shuttle service🤔, pick from airport seems a bit hit and miss!

Great and convenient location with easy access to skytrain, but the room and the hotel is rather old and worn down.

I came to visit my brother who is staying at Richmond Hospital, which is just 2 min walk next door. Even with raining weather at the time, rain gears were not really necessary. This convenient location is a surprise to me. Richmond Centre and banking facilities just around 500m away. The building is a bit dated from the outside, but the bed and bathroom are great. I was on the 4th floor facing inside towards a park. It was quiet and the air conditioning was not too bad considering the age of the building. Shuttle to and from airport was on time. Pickup area is clearly signed. As there were not a lot of clients using shuttle service, I suggest better make prior arrangement with the hotel reception. Breakfast was good with a fair choices of varieties. Staff I came across are friendly and helpful. I can’t expect more from this little hotel. I shall stay here again! Very much suit my needs and value for money!
