This is a wonderful place—clean and convenient. I want to return to stay here again.

It will be an ideal accomodation for business travellers who want a more homely environment. Everything is quite new and clean. You have washing machine and dryer, a japanese type toilet bowl, a big walk in waredrobw to hide your luggage and a comfortable living room with a nice teapot and cups to boot. What impress me more is when i had to leave early in the morning with my clothes still in the waahing machine, when i returned, the clothes were dried and folded. 2 thumbs up for service! A perfect place for me if i have stay in D1.

Spacious.

I like the location as there are nice restaurant around. It is like a apartment which I like. small hotel with no restaurant, so no breakfast, but that is fine with me. Overall a comfortable hotel.

Check in staff service was friendly and helpful. I came earlier than check in time but the guy able to help me to check in early quite fast. Everything was good here. Very convenient as there’s alot of shop downstairs. Very near to Saigon Japanese street.

Under renovation , noisy at early morning!

I have stayed at many locations around hcmc but this apartment really suited my needs with many convenience stores that are open 24 hrs. The cleanliness is top notch even with me cooking everyday there. Everything works as intended with the TV, aircon and even the jacuzzi bath tub.

Value for money

호치민 시내 중심가에 있고 시설은 뭐 별다른게 생활하는데는 아무 문제없어요 특히 나가면 바로 시내 중심가 위치 최고에요 시내 여행 및 골프여행으로는 최고의 숙박시설이에요 드럼세탁기와 건조기 정말 좋아요

・ロケーションは日本人街のレタントン通りのすぐ近くで日本人にとってはなんでも揃ういい場所。 ・部屋は思ってたよりかなり広く洗濯機や冷蔵庫もありホテルと言うよりアパートです。洗濯・乾燥が出来助かりました。 ・ホテル自体は小さめですがずっと受付に人がおり夜中の便で帰るのにチェックアウト後23:00まで荷物預かってもらえ非常に助かりました。 ・ただ部屋自体は少し古く暗い印象は受けました。

優點：房間很大，該有的設施都有，連洗衣機烘乾機都有，缺點：進出樓下大門需要刷卡，前台不一定都在，我住宿的是靠馬路的房間，噪音很大。

酒店地理位置非常好, 就在第一街, 行一分鐘就到日本街, 裡面有很多日本食店, 非常美味, 酒店也很整潔, 會再去住, 房間有洗衣機, 加分

處於比較繁華的街區，夜晚睡覺有點吵，房屋層高有點矮，略顯壓抑

位置好但房間裝修太舊了，
