Il bagno è molto soddisfacente, la pulizia è abbastanza buona, il personale è gentile... parcheggio complicato per il pagamento anticipato.

A comfortable hotel surrounded by amenities and facilities suitable for shopping in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center Hotel lobby on the 25th floor and rooms from the 26th-30th floor. There are only 5 floors. Perfect for training, family vacations. It's just that the divan bed is very, very high and quite dangerous for small children. Hotel yang selesa dan dikelilingi dengan kemudahan dan fasiliti sesuai untuk membeli belah di tengah pusat bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Lobi Hotel di tingkat 25 dan bilik bermula tingkat 26-30. Ada 5 tingkat sahaja. Sesuai untuk latihan, percutian keluarga. Cuma katil divan sangat-sangat tinggi dan agak merbahaya untuk anak-anak kecil.

Recommended. The hotel is clean. Attached to bangunan MARA, near to SOGO n jalan tar (walking distance).

Smooth check in at floor 25, lifts are abundant and fast. Given room with fantastic city view but look bit old. All appliances and equipments working well, nice bed but bit worn out cover. Overall staying was fantastic and near to shopping complexes.

Everything ok.. please upgrade the toilet..

Breakfast simple not a lot of verity

Finding the parking was a bit hassle as the signage to the hotel parking is a bit obscure. You gotta really be on alert looking for signage. The hotel itself is really nice. Check in at level 25 but it wasn’t even mentioned on the first level floor as the it was under construction on that floor. So you gotta ask around to know where to check in. The room was spacious, clean. However the carpet have that unpleasant smell. The corridor smell nice. The view was good from our room. The water pressure was great despite we are on the 26th floor. The breakfast was superb. Really good and everything was delicious. The location is really strategic and close to pertama complex and sogo. Plenty food to choose from in that area. We might consider staying here again

Sebelum ni check in sini semua okay, everything good. BUT not this time. Stay here for 3 nights, only 1 night our room air-conditioning function, the rest not. Call for maintenance, second night the maintenance team said already reset (don't know what) the air conditioning, ONLY FUNCTION LIKE 2-3HOURS then NOT functioning until tomorrow morning. Lepas kejadian reset dorang terlalu yakin yang aircond sejuk dan maintenance team tidak follow up selepas dari kejadian RESET. Sampailah malam terakhir kejadian sama jadi, call lagi maitenance baru dorang confirm yang aircond memang rosak, dan baru offer untuk pindah bilik. Malam akhir, waktu peak semua tengah packing barang baru offer untuk pindah JAM1030PM. Sepatutnya, hari pertama decide untuk bagi bilik tu mohon lah check semua fasiliti dalam bilik dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Bayangkan tidur dalam keadaan berpeluh, kipas tiada, memang fully mengharap dengan aircond untuk pengudaraan. Bayar mahal-mahal SANGAT TIDAK BERBALOI dengan condition bilik sedemikian.

Ideal location for shopping and food. Value for money for comfortable stay. Paid a bit more to include breakfast but do not expect a wide varieties. .

I love this hotel because near to sogo and jalan tar, Only one i dislike, bathroom very poor condition.

Old run down hotel. Next to Pertama Complex and walking distance to Sogo. Mostly Malay food around. We choose this hotel only because my wife gotta attend conference here.

Very good service from the front desk staff. We couldn’t order a cab on grab early morning and they helped us find a ride. Breakfast is so-so. Not that many options. However, the shower is nasty. A lot of uncleaned dross and grime In between tiles. The hotel needs to improve on this

Nice view, you can see KL tower, KLCC and 118 tower at night. I’m at 28 floors. Many attractions around this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, and I especially loved the location. Highly recommended!
