The location is very convenient, close to the airport which makes it easy for transit. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The bed had no mattress cover and there were several large blood stains on the mattress, which made it very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The amenities provided were very limited and not well maintained. Overall, it is okay only if you need a short stay near the airport, but the cleanliness and facilities definitely need serious improvement.

Terrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything. Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine. Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day.

Super friendly and helpful staff..But their bed sheets dirty and have some hair🥲

This is the first time I stayed at a dormy in Medan. So clean,tidy n huge space for capsules too. Near the airport and easily get picked up anytime with a very reasonable price. So u can enjoy your rest without worry of time arrival and of course it was very light to your pocket too hihihi. Then last for not least, the hostel prepares free simple breakfast 🍳. I amezed .

Ada beberapa masalah : 1 Kamar berada di lantai 4 tidak ada lift, petugas juga tidak membantu. Cuma saran koper titip di lobby 2 Kamar panas, lebih dingin lobby daripada roomnya jadi gerah 3 Memang bener2 kamar tidur aja

Kamar tidak cocok utk org tua, posisi di lt 4 naik tangga tidak ada lift. Hanya cocok utk backapacker
