Good location from city at Gaya Street,easy for you next day go to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal in 5min, nearby have market and shopping mall ,famous Fook Yuen Cafe for breakfast at opposite hotel ,there are Sabah souvenir for sale next to the hotel lobby,only one thing inconvenient,if rent car 🚗 driving at Sabah ,hotel no 🚫🆓 parking 🅿️ for guest,have to pay for rental Rm 30, if don’t want to use hotel parking ,outside have many parking place ,can used parking coupon for hour and after office hours at 5pm is free until the next day 8am ,hotel is good but hotel corridor was very very hot ,🥵 because of the glass ceiling,at night also cannot come out at relax enjoy night view

Took executive deluxe room, it was spacious , kids able to run around and play within the room, the hotel itself is strategically located within walking distance ＜5mins to gaya street where we can hunt for street foods.

Room was spacious, location is perfect as it’s along Gaya street for you to food hunt or get your basic ammunition.

Excellent location. Restaurants for breakfast nearby. Shopping malls eg Wisma Merdeka, Suria Sabah are nearby. Room is clean and spacious. We have three adults and two kids and we booked a Family room and added an extra bed. We enjoyed the stay and will come back again.

Overall the hotel is okay, the rooms are big, and they provide okay service, staffs are okay as well. The only thing that i didn’t like is that it feels like the aircon is a bit strange, it cools down the room very slowly. And it seems we can’t set the temprature, it’s just a switch to turn on or off the aircon. If you are used to the strong aircon in hong kong probably you should look somewhere else. But if you like a mild air con then this hotel is quite good. The location is good very close to all sorts of resturants. And gaya street weekend market is a blast.

Room very spacious. Bed is very comfy. The only downside is, it's very difficult to find parking around the vicinity. Overall, it's a great stay. Will come back again to stay here in future as the location is very convenient. Restaurants and coffee shops are just within short walking distance.

Enjoyed our free room upgrade to Suite room due to the booked room unavailability. My wife loves the environment.

Excellent location , right in the heart of the city. Friendly staff and good standards

There is no advantage other than being close to Gaya Street. First of all, Wi-Fi seems to cut off tremendously often during peak season. It disconnects by default four to five times an hour. And it takes a long time to recover and when it does, I have to use ID, password again, so on the second day, I'm almost done memorizing the password. You might think you can use roaming data or esim, but there is no signal in room. I've never seen a hotel that is this inconvenient to use the Internet. Second, even if you operate the air conditioner at the lowest temperature, you have to wait 20 minutes for the room temperature to go down. The third sink and toilet won't flush well, and even though the internal structures such as the fourth shower or shower hose are damaged or cluttering, they don't seem to be repairing.
