There is no fridge in the room so I have to keep my things in their fridge. The shower head really can't make it. Worst experience ever.

Totally the service and location is very good but the cleanliness disappointed a little bit cuz there are dusk on the things such as clothes hanger, and the table. And also my room is poor with sound insulation. Other than that, I think most of them are 9.5/10

Good location and good price. Unfortunately person staying next door has a noisy baby but it's not the fault of the hotel. Will stay again

Clean and comfortable. Near TW food court where a lot of good hawker foods could be found. However room noise pollution is unbearable.

I like the TV with many channels and I have stayed there a few times. Supermarket and wet market are nearby by walking distance. Near paradigm mall.

Good place to stay for me

I recently stayed at the during my trip to Ulu Tiram. The hotel's location was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's amenities, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. Overall, my stay at the was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

It’s a very nice hotel with lots of shops surrounding. The only sad thing was the bed gave lots of squeaking noise and I requested the room to be decorated as we were newly married but it wasn’t decorated. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy. Just be careful not to pay for any tourism tax at the counter as trip.com would have charged it into your payment during the booking itself. You can tell the receptionist that you have paid it at trip.com and show them the itemised receipt. The pic of the front view that they have uploaded in the website is not valid. It’s not the same when we went there.

Travelling alone for work. Paid for a single bedded room at a discounted price The room is very clean, and amenities are well provided. Rooms equipped with TV (around 15 channels) and u can use iron and hair dryer upon request Took breakfast package. It's served at the restaurant on GF. U can choose between nasi lemak or nasi/mee goreng set. U will get 1 meal. There are free flow toasts, cereals, side dishes (curry puffs n samosa) and fruits. Tea, coffee and juice too. Location wise, quite strategic. Plenty of restaurant around, most are mamak. 24h 7eleven within 200m walk. Kipp Mall is just at the opposite road. Paradigm mall is very near, and you are just an exit away from main road. Overall, value for money!

Always hear the sound from people walking outside make me can’t deep sleep. Although information writing provide hair dryer however every time still need to contact counter to get hair dryer for 30 minutes using time. And need to keep on calling and wait for long long time till my hair is dry.

Due to the recent flooding, the lift was not functioning and I was allocated the 4th floor. Although the hotel allowed cancellation, I had no choice but to accept it as I arrived to check in after 6 pm & it’s too late to check other available hotel. Room was ok and counter staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel staff are friendly. It takes a few minutes to check in which I think is excellent. The size of the room is enough for couples planning to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The bed is comfortable. The amenities are basic. It is not a soundproof room because I can hear people talking and laughing next to our room. Overall, I might consider staying here again.

I am at level 3 room , and the lift were spoilt due to the flood happened a week before ....

The toilet not that clean bcs got mould everywhere on the wall. Clearly they didnt brush them. The room was ok and the space quite big for us.
