We didn’t have hot water for 2 days , we are waiting for 50% refund as a compensation, as 2 night a cold shower cause terrible flu for my wife

good facilities though the staff request me to pay again

The place is clean and has nice service, but there is quite a lot of walking to do when going to the hotel.

Love the brand of shampoo and shower gel, the hotel is overall good with view of the castle, just that we were accidentally charged twice, but the staff are nice

Located in the old town. I booked a double room but due to double booking the hotel agent upgraded me to a king suite with a view of the castle, Great start to my Edinburgh trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

這家酒店原來分了兩幢樓 有一幢是剛裝修的 房間進去味道比較重 後來多虧娃要去超市買飲料 出門發現一百米處 還有一個APEX 就跟服務員要求換房 服務員很熱情的幫助我們解決了問題 換到了另一幢樓的房間 那幢是新換了地毯 有點甲醛味 但房間相對還好 尤其朝城堡景觀這側的房型 面積又大 景色也好 窗外就是愛丁堡城堡 酒店樓道有飲用水 不同的品種 咱孤陋寡聞 不知道具體是什麼水 早餐自助+點餐模式 太愛那個蘇格蘭早餐了 就一個普通水煮蛋都能煮出和大陸不一樣的味道 而且還有造型 很好吃 也長了見識 蘇格蘭羊雜碎烤餅 還有烤蘑菇 都是之前沒吃過的 就是愛丁堡依山而建的城市 在城市裡要上上下下 其實也沒從火車站走到酒店 就是路途上要經歷多處台階和上下坡 沿途到時也能看不少風景 如果體力不佳的人 還是打車到酒店吧 酒店外面有一個比較平的廣場

Çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Otel çok merkezi ve odalar çok temiz. Bir dahaki tatilimde kesinlikle apexte kalacağım

酒店位置極佳，到victoria street, Edinburgh castle 都是很近的距離。酒店大堂的大窗可以挑望到castle。服務人員親切，應對快捷。很開心選對了這間酒店。

酒店服務很好 房間乾淨整潔 位置在城堡下面 出行非常方便。 設施：設施完善 樓道有直飲機 衞生：房間很乾凈寬敞 很適合家庭出遊

Godt og centralt Tæt på alt. Parkering mulig. Man går ugenert ind og ud af hotellet.
