✔️The staffs are so so so accommodating and friendly. They ugraded our room from 1king bed to 2 queen beds. ✔️They give us snacks knowing we have to travel to ninh binh cons: Small elvator, and hot shower is not currently working during our stay. ❤️very lovely people

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful hotel. Located in the centre of Sa Pa with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The staff were great and helped make our stay. The room was very comfortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Working elevators. The room was quite except for early morning, but this noise was from a building close by being erected. Workers start early. Highly recommend.

The lady staff very fluent in english and very helpfull arrange our tour at Sapa. Give us early check in because we arrive very early morning. Manager very helpfull and smily. Feel really like home. 위치가 공원가까이에 있어 접근성이 좋았으며 주변 여러 아기자기한 볼거리들도 많이 있었다 직원분들이 매우 친절하며 영어를 잘 하시는 분이 웃는 얼굴로 안부를 묻고 하노이로 오는 버스등도 자세하게 안내해주었다 이틀 묵는다 하여 방도 전망좋은5층으로 업그레이드 해주었다 배웅해주는 순간역시도 친절하게 짐을 챙겨주어 잃어버리지 않게 해주었다 땡큐

โรงแรมราคาประหยัด อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้ sun plaza นอนห้องชั้น 5 เห็นวิวภูเขา พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตร เจ้าของเป็นกันเอง บริการดีมาก มีขนมและน้ำให้ตอนเช็คเอาต์ด้วย

設施：床和枕頭還比較舒適，衞生間比較簡單 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈 環境：位置很好，在一個很短的巷子裏，比較清凈，下樓2分鐘就到就到教堂，很方便 服務：老闆人很好，進出酒店都要熱情的招呼

저렴한 가격으로 호텔시설은 큰 기댈를 하지는 않습니다 하지만 친절함으로 모든것을 다 했습니다 청결도는 보통이상입니다 조식도 맛이 훌륭했습니다 호텔에서 썬플라자 3~5분거리 함롱산도 매우 가까운 거리입니다 하루에 판식판과 함롱산 가능합니다

친절하게 잘해주세요. 편하게쉬기에는. 참좋아요 위치도 좋아요 방이 조용해서 늦게까지 잠자기는 더좋아요 중심가도 가까워요. 뻐스정류소까지 무료티켓대행도 해주고 괜찮아요
