Check in was seamless. The suite was immaculate. I forgot my jacket in the closet when I checked out and the next day the staff helped me to find it that was extremely helpful to know my contents were safe in this hotel. Convenient location to food options and highway access.

The staff members were nice and friendly. The hotel is close to the airport and there is free shuttle service. The room was clean. They give one bottled water upon checking in and if you’re not familiar with drinking water directly from the tap, there is a water dispenser on the second floor. I had a chance to have dinner at the restaurant and it was good.

Moved three times to get a quiet room. Finally high floor double glazing. Breakfast Buffett top. Restaurant good food and service. Easy access from airport/station by express train via union station and subway union station 4 sops College. We enjoyed our stay very much.
