Hotel con spa a Toronto

Mi sento come un hotel storico. Il personale si sentiva in generale bene. Durante il mio soggiorno, mi parlano spesso.La stanza è buona, è un hotel comodo, senza lamentele. La mattina, il salone fornisce caffè, il ristorante dell'hotel fornisce colazione (tassa), c'è un buon bar vicino, che è un posto conveniente. Anche se ho guardato i commenti dell'hotel vicino, penso che non ci siano denti o mutandine, ma non l'ho.Inoltre, anche se questa stanza ha un telaio che può mettere i vestiti, lo spazio di spazzola e il telaio non sono rari. Abbiamo vissuto due notti, abbiamo solo vestiti di svago, non c'è problema, ma se hai bisogno di vestiti, potrebbe aver bisogno di controllare l'hotel. Anche per la prima volta in Canada, ci sono moltissimi momenti per cercare hotel, quindi voglio sapere se il giorno prima è stato solo rispetto ai principali hotel stabili nel campo dei prezzi, ma sono stato attratto e prenotato da foto e pochi commenti giapponesi. Di conseguenza, sono felice di essere qui, e voglio usarlo di nuovo la prossima volta.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best Christmas stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning.

La posizione è buona. È vicino all'aeroporto. È molto comodo perché c'è un bus navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto di Toronto Pearson. Basta prenotare in anticipo. L'autista sembrava chiedermi la mancia in modo discreto, ma non gliel'ho data separatamente. Se non siete soci Hilton, l'acqua in camera costa 2,5 CAD per bottiglia da 500 ml. È stato sorprendente. Non ho bevuto l'acqua di proposito. Non c'è la caffettiera e, quando l'ho richiesta, è stata portata tutta in un'altra stanza e poi consumata. Il personale alla reception è cordiale. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante e di uno Starbucks. La doccia in bagno in camera è color girasole. Non c'è un tubo doccia separato. La biancheria da letto è comoda~

I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

La posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

Ho avuto così tanta fortuna di avere questa stanza che era perfetta per passare il tempo a catturare con i miei amici! La camera da letto era fantastica e il puliziatore era il più professionale che abbiamo mai incontrato! La posizione è proprio davanti al porto e probabilmente 5 minuti dalla stazione dell'Unione! Noi rimaniamo certamente

L'hotel è carino e la camera in cui ho alloggiato era bellissima con una bella vista. Il personale è per lo più eccezionale, tranne una persona alla reception che ha mostrato un atteggiamento spiacevole nei miei confronti, ma tutti gli altri, dal concierge al personale del ristorante, alle adorabili cameriere, erano gentili e professionali. Gli orari del ristorante sono un po' strani, quindi è una buona idea informarsi in anticipo se avete intenzione di pranzare lì, a volte chiude a mezzogiorno. Strano. Oltre a questo, è una bella esperienza.

在多倫多的st regis 呆了2個晚上，整體來説體驗不錯。check in不是很順滑，在攜程預留的工商銀行信用卡居然不能授權（在國外其他酒店沒有發生過這個問題），衹能刷澳洲信用卡。奇怪的是刷完澳洲的信用卡後，又被告知工商銀行的卡可以用了。 包的2人早餐是80$ credit一天，可以在餐廳Louis Louix消費，也可以點private dining到房間。

La stanza è pulita e pulita e le strutture confortevoli e luminose sono complete. All'esterno della finestra è la strada yong, l'altra parte è il supermercato, molto soddisfatto.L'alloggio deve essere relativamente facile secondo le istruzioni del proprietario.C'è un garage sotterraneo, vicino alla porta è la metropolitana, sia auto-escursione che libera!
