Hotel con parcheggio a Toronto

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Ho prenotato l'hotel perché è venuto come se avesse una navetta aeroportuale. Tuttavia, non puoi usarlo come parco e posizione di volo. Ho dovuto prenotare un parco separato e posizione di volo che finiva per me costato quanto la notte dell'hotel. Che abbiamo soggiornato solo per 5 ore.

La posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

Ho avuto così tanta fortuna di avere questa stanza che era perfetta per passare il tempo a catturare con i miei amici! La camera da letto era fantastica e il puliziatore era il più professionale che abbiamo mai incontrato! La posizione è proprio davanti al porto e probabilmente 5 minuti dalla stazione dell'Unione! Noi rimaniamo certamente

Moved three times to get a quiet room. Finally high floor double glazing. Breakfast Buffett top. Restaurant good food and service. Easy access from airport/station by express train via union station and subway union station 4 sops College. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Prima di tutto, grazie per l'upgrade gratuito. Le viste sia dalla camera da letto che dal soggiorno erano eccellenti, e lo spazio era abbastanza grande per un gruppo di amici che volevano rilassarsi, soprattutto con i tavoli da poker e da calcio balilla. Anche la posizione è ottima, proprio in centro. Tuttavia, i prodotti da bagno potrebbero essere migliorati, in particolare lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma, e il dentifricio sembrava piuttosto disordinato (per fortuna avevo portato il mio). L'insonorizzazione non è l'ideale, dato che sentivo la coppia nella stanza accanto parlare, e mi sono sentito un po' a disagio a usare il bagno e ad asciugarmi i capelli dopo essere tornato tardi da un concerto. L'orario del check-in è piuttosto rigido alle 16:00, anche se consentono di ritardare il check-in fino alle 19:30. Inizialmente ero confuso perché ho aspettato per oltre 10 minuti nell'edificio originale (prima dell'upgrade) e non ero sicuro se la receptionist sarebbe venuta a prendermi. Una volta incontrati, però, la receptionist è stata molto cordiale e ha spiegato chiaramente i servizi e le procedure di check-out. Nel complesso, nonostante le regole rigide e i piccoli problemi, mi è piaciuta molto la stanza e ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole.

È come un'oasi in un deserto di sabbia o i caschi. Arrivato alle 11:00, trovato ancora un posto molto tranquillo e tranquillo. Si è sentito benvenuto e ha avuto una buona notte di sonno.. tutta la zona è circondata da ******* persone che camminano sulle strade.
