Hotel con parcheggio a Toronto

La posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

La camera è grande, pulita e ha una bella vista. Grande esperienza di nuoto e sauna, c'è anche una palestra. La stanza è vicino all'ascensore come richiesto e il ricevitore è molto accogliente. Porta i tuoi pantaloni, specialmente se stai progettando di usare la piscina.

Ho avuto così tanta fortuna di avere questa stanza che era perfetta per passare il tempo a catturare con i miei amici! La camera da letto era fantastica e il puliziatore era il più professionale che abbiamo mai incontrato! La posizione è proprio davanti al porto e probabilmente 5 minuti dalla stazione dell'Unione! Noi rimaniamo certamente

Il servizio è fantastico alla reception. La custodia è molto in punto. Controllo regolare in corso e il mio soggiorno di 5 notti - tutta una buona esperienza. Speciale grido al campanello - Endries che è stato molto utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Non solo consiglia una grande tour Niagara, ma anche aiuta con raccomandazioni di cibo intorno all'hotel, i miei bagagli e anche il trasporto di pick-up. - E' un ottimo servizio. L'unico lato inferiore è stato la costruzione in corso davanti all'hotel. Quindi tutto l'auto cade o prende il furgone è al retro dell'hotel (strada di legno). Ma è tutto a posto. Non è una grande questione. Non si può sentire la costruzione dalla stanza nemmeno.

Camera pulita. Processo semplice e facile da capire. Posizione perfetta per chi visita per eventi sportivi o ha bisogno di accedere alla Union Station.

good reception counter, near the airport with free shuttle bus service, recommend to anyone who wants to stay overnight for a day or two

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything was exactly as described. The condo is small but very cozy, located on the 25th floor with a stunning view of the lake. It was spotlessly clean, and all the appliances were modern and worked perfectly. The only small challenge was figuring out how to turn on the stove to boil water for the kettle. Even though it was already quite late, I contacted the host, and she replied very quickly and guided me through it. I really appreciated her prompt response and kindness. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

L'hotel ha un lobby e una stanza molto pulite e offre grandi attrazioni, tra cui una microonde, acqua calda, te' e caffè. Il pranzo complimentare era anche molto buono, con una varietà di opzioni come i diversi tipi di bacon, muffin, diffondere e succhi. Inoltre, entrambi i concierge erano estremamente amichevoli e utili, aiutandoci con l'ammasso dei bagagli, modificando le opzioni per la colazione, e altro ancora. Il servizio è stato eccellente in generale, e consiglierei molto questo hotel!
