RRaj PiskalaReally enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!

UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

CCindyTsangQuando ero in questo hotel in estate, la maggior parte degli hotel erano costosi. Questa era la mia prima volta che ero in un hotel a due stelle. La camera e il bagno erano molto spaziose, ma mi sentivo soli allo stesso tempo. Il tappo era così alto che se qualcuno in una sedia a rotelle dovesse usare il doccia, non è possibile che la persona lo raggiunga. Il colazione offre scelte limitate. Non ho idea del perché alcune recensioni menzionate su delizioso colazione. Il caffè e il cioccolato caldo sono disponibili nel lobby tutto il giorno.Nessun servizio di lavanderia. La matrigna è stata ben supportata. Il principale sottostante è il motore del condizionamento d'aria è stato installato nella stanza accanto alla finestra, quindi è diventato molto rumore in silenzio la sera

BBokkie TruongUn soggiorno molto confortevole in una spaziosa camera con una bella vista dal 15° piano. Palestra ben attrezzata ma la piscina era chiusa per riparazioni. La TV aveva un segnale scarso e nonostante la segnalazione alla reception, non era ancora stata riparata quando abbiamo fatto il check-out dopo 3 notti.
La stazione della metropolitana è dietro l'angolo per un tragitto di 30 minuti fino al centro città. C'è un centro commerciale dall'altra parte della strada con un enorme supermercato e un buon negozio di liquori.

UUtente ospiteIt's only downfall is parking and mobility would be easy for young person but the stairs I've climbed this trip ! It's been an adventure! Everything was clean and tidy bed was very comfortable we wouldn't go back but only because of my mobility issues

В номере выключался рубильник, отвечающий за эл/энергию подряд 3 раза. Любезно предложили поменять номер..
В отеле не ела, и не пила. Поэтому нет отзыва по еде. В номере бутылка воды.
Все номера, которые в цоколе - там очень пахнет сыростью и плесенью.
Из окошек цоколя видна земля внутреннего дворика.

UUtente ospiteWe booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.
