The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

Non credo che sia un hotel a quattro stelle. La stanza è pulita, ma l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio. Due delle cinque luci nella stanza erano rotte. La stanza che la reception ha organizzato per me era una stanza d'angolo vicino al scale. L'isolamento acustico era scarso. Ho guardato la TV nella porta accanto, al piano di sopra Quando si spostano le cose su e giù, si sente il rumore delle porte che si aprono e si chiudono su e giù per le scale e sono stato svegliato direttamente due volte. Le prestazioni di isolamento delle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto non sono molto buone, e il vento freddo entra a raffiche, e fa ancora abbastanza freddo anche con le tende tirate. La spina è solo sul lato sinistro del letto, ed è stato sospeso anche il servizio in camera 24 ore su 24 (non so se sia per l'epidemia). Insomma, il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è alto, a questo prezzo ci sono ancora hotel con servizi e strutture migliori di questo in Cina.

Siamo stati benissimo qui! Le camere erano super pulite, il servizio era molto cordiale e la camera era fornita di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ottima doccia, letto comodo. Un sacco di piccoli tocchi, come cialde extra di caffè, lozioni e salviette struccanti, ecc. Il ristorante non era aperto a causa del covid, ma abbiamo comprato bevande e snack alla reception. Torneremo sicuramente qui la prossima volta che passeremo per Pearson.

L'hotel era davvero grande. L'intero hotel sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato e le camere sono grandi e pulite. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e sempre felice di aiutare! Il colazione incluso è lontano dalla maggior parte degli hotel per un colazione complimentare. La posizione è perfetta, meno di 10 minuti dalla metropolitana e vicino a una fermata stradale. L'hotel è quasi nel cuore del centro, quindi è facile venire e andare come vuoi durante il giorno. Raccomando questo posto e vorrei sicuramente tornare indietro!

Location is good. just 2-3 mins walk to College Station. Breakfast is nice at the restaurant in lobby floor. It’s also easy to find restaurants in Yonge Street, just 6-15 mins walk to North or South or take TTC to other place. You could book a Niagara Falls & pick-up at the hotel.

Cons - vista era un parcheggio vuoto, un po' rumoroso dal corridoio, poteva sentire le porte chiuse altissimamente, ma il nostro piano era ancora bello e tranquillo, e lo specchio di maquillaggio era rotto (percio' erano gli unici veri cons) Pros - Lo amavamo, La posizione è fantastica, Così vicino alla Stazione Union 5 minuti a piedi, vicino allo Stadio Rogers, alla Torre CN, all'acquario & Harbourfront, abbiamo fatto colazione al Mercato di St Lawrence, a 20 secondi di cammino e poi abbiamo avuto anche una bella 15 minuti a piedi al Distillery District. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente! Abbiamo avuto solo un pasto nel Café/Bistro, ma era grande (Colazione) e il personale era molto bello! Le letti erano comodi! Hotel e camere erano super pulite! È stato un posto davvero bello per rimanere, ci rimarremo ancora!

La posizione di questo hotel è invincibile, facilmente accessibile dall'aeroporto internazionale di Toronto Pearson da UP Express e dalla metropolitana. E ha molti ristoranti vicino. Servizio amichevole e grazie per il gratuito, caldo cookie! La stanza e i mobili erano un po' date, e il letto non era così semplice come volevo, ma potevo portarlo per due notti. Mi riferirei di restare qui la prossima volta che vado a Toronto. :)
