Bellissimo hotel e ottimo servizio

Se cercate un posto pulito e conveniente dove soggiornare vicino a Wuzhen, ma non volete pagare il sovrapprezzo di soggiornare in una zona panoramica, questa guesthouse è un'opzione fantastica. Le camere sono semplici ma confortevoli e il prezzo è molto ragionevole, soprattutto rispetto agli hotel del centro storico. Ciò che rende questo posto speciale è il tocco locale: la famiglia che lo gestisce è incredibilmente cordiale e gestisce anche una piccola sala da pranzo dove il cibo è cucinato in casa dalla gente del posto. I pasti sono serviti in porzioni abbondanti e ricchi di sapore, l'ideale se volete provare l'autentica cucina cinese casalinga. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo anche ricevuto un piccolo regalo di addio, che è stata una sorpresa davvero dolce. Il proprietario ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto per la nostra prossima città a un prezzo migliore rispetto a quello che abbiamo trovato sulle solite app. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo posto ai viaggiatori attenti al budget, soprattutto agli stranieri che cercano qualcosa di locale, accogliente e autentico. Non è necessario soggiornare nella zona turistica di Wuzhen per godersi la visita: questa pensione offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, con un tocco di vera ospitalità.

very helpful and friendly owner. walkable to Wuzhen entrance,ask owner to help transport booking if u need, breakfast and dinner can be ordered with owner . You must spend day and afternoon time in Wuzhen to feel its beautiful , sunset here is the best

The owner was really friendly and get us a good deal for the transport from hangzhou to wuzhen. There’s someone there to help with the luggage so hassle free. The hotel location is just outside the wuzhen scenic area so is really convenient !

Good experience when staying here because the owner and all people in the homestay are very friendly and supportive, they are always there to help you bring luggage, book taxi, give you water, or advise you all things you need, they even give us souvenirs when we check out. Room are clean and big rest room

The owner is very nice and friendly. There’s no lift in the building, but the owner helped us to carry our luggage to the room. He also recommended us hanfu and photo shooting studio which provides a superb service. The room comes with 2 beds, hence, it’s a bit pack with our luggage open up. The room type a bit old (traditional feel) but overall we had good experience here. The owner also very helpful, he helped us to arrange transport from wuzhen to Suzhou with a low rate. He also give us souvenirs before we left.

We were touched by the owner Mr Chen who came to our rescue when our irresponsible driver dumped us telling us don’t know where is the hotel as he doesn’t read English. He saw us from far gave us an open welcome and warm. And hurried us into his Orel. His hotel is simple and warm and family oriented hotel. With lots of appreciation and many many thanks to him to begin my holiday with lots of family warm.

Old style kind of room. Just located outside of xizha. Very convenient, can walk to xizha. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great location & super service by owner name 小陈。once we arrive helping us to Carry luggage to 3rd floor.room is very clean & cosy. Below restaurant food is yummy & the price is reasonable. Given a lot of tourist information. I fully recommend staying here.

Good location, near the entrance of Xisha scenic area. BB is old but decorate in old chinese style.

We travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.

The hotel is near the entrance to Wuzhen, which is very convenient. The owner is very nice and friendly—he helped us get a taxi to Suzhou at a cheaper price than booking through Didi. He also gave us small gifts after we checked out, which was a lovely gesture.

Good place to stay. It is nearby the East gate and easy to walk there
