It was good. Reception staff was nice and room service was excellent. Breakfast was nice as well but no halal options when it comes to meat.

Clean and Comfie. My only issue was that my request to grab breakfast-to-go (because I was checking out very early) was denied.

Excellent place, service, and location. Friendliness of staff and good service etc. Be back to this place next trip. Thank you.

Good location for me to visit clients in Downtown. Stayed here for 2 nights, the queen room was clean & comfortable; devices in the room worked well. The check-in staff was polite and great to deal with. it will be better if they can provide free breakfasts.

Rooms are basic, not so big, bathroom and facility is clean, convenient location (close to the airport) Staffs are friendly, check in and check out was very easy, no hassles.

I will surely recommend this hotel. So clean and the complimentary breakfast exceed my expectation. We will be back on March and I will surely book on this hotel again. Thumbs up to all friendly staff.

Nice place

My family has stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and we usually had a decent experience. The location is conveniently close to major roads and attractions, (like the zoo,) and we loved that we never had to worry about breakfast since it was included with our stay. Our recent experience at this hotel was anything but positive, however. The front desk staff were incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. We had an issue with our credit card at check-in. We didn't realize that we had locked it through our online banking, (which was a super easy fix,) but the employee acted like we were trying to use a stolen credit card. He even complained to his coworker about us... right in front of us! We were traveling with our 9-month-old baby and our dog this time, so we requested a pet friendly room that was in a quiet area of the hotel. They put us directly next to the entrance, so there was constant traffic and slamming of doors as people were coming and going. There was also a dog directly across the hall that howled and barked NON STOP. Our baby couldn't sleep, and our dog was so stressed out that we ended up having to board him at a doggy daycare. That cost us an extra $100+ that we hadn't budgeted for. We talked to the hotel about all of this, and they completely brushed us off. They also charged us for the full pet fee, even though our dog didn't stay at the hotel. The room itself was an absolute disaster... it was like they forgot to maintain it for the past 10 years. The furniture was falling apart, the heat/AC unit had melted, and it was absolutely filthy. We all had horrible allergic reactions the entire time we stayed there. The room also wasn't stocked before our stay... we had to ask them for toilet paper, facial tissue, body wash, etc. I'm not entirely sure that the room was even cleaned before our stay. We are so disappointed by how much this hotel has slipped in their standards, cleanliness, friendliness... and just overall experience. We won't be returning.

So nice to stay at a hotel that has somewhere to eat right in the hotel, after a long flight. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!
