Despite a slightly high price — them’s are the times — this is a solid three-star with a very decent breakfast. Was forced to take a smoking room and though it there was some odour, it was very tolerable. Windows open, which is a bonus. A/C is very quiet, comfortable mattress and pillows, and a generally intelligent layout. Good location.

Nice place, good location

good location, many restaurants nearby. Convenient store 1 min from hotel some special amenities (like better pillows, hair dryers, muscle relaxing tool, etc) could be borrowed from the counter. Room is clean though not very big a bity pity that seems only 1 twin room in each floor as such my family could not be arranged on the same floor as me probably because of this reason. Shimbashi Station is very convenient if you will go home via the Haneda Airport

A cozy and nice hotel close to subway and Ginza shopping area.

I have been at Daiwa Roynet in Kyoto and i very highly recommend it! Unfortunately the Daiwa in Shimbashi is an older one and beds are also old and uncomfortable. I am so sorry but i do not recommend Daiwa at Shimbashi.

This is the only hotel which gives water bottles in japan was so amazed great service from them

A very clean and conveniently located hotel. Very close to Shimbashi metro which is well connected to other major hubs. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Very smooth check in and check out. Many additional toiletries, creams, razors, etc offered as well as laptop, hair straightener, etc for free rental as well! A very pleasant stay, thanks.

The hotel's location is excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Tokyo for business meetings. I also recommended my colleague to stay because the room rate is always attractive compared with other hotels nearby.

It is a superb budget hotel - All the frails of a clean sleeping room are present.

Just a stone’s throw away, it is conveniently located right next to the Shimbashi train station. Room is tiny but the bathroom is surprisingly spacious with a proper sized bathtub. Great value for business or leisure trips.

Great location and very clean. For a single traveller, the room size was sufficient. I travel a lot as a solo traveller and often I find the small rooms are not the problem, it's the small bathroom that makes it feel uncomfortable. In this case, the bathroom size was quite adequate and did not feel tight. Price, depending on the day of the week can be very reasonable and a good deal,so would recommend to give it a try
