Hello! Thank you for the excellent service, especially the male receptionist—I can't recall his name, but he was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for work purposes for four days, and it was comfortable. However, the parking area a bit small. As a woman who’s not used to driving, I found it a bit difficult to park in tight spaces. But I understand the location. Overall, it was comfortable, and I would recommend it to others. It’s within walking distance to the mall and MRT.

i stayed at level 9 Ruby King room, level 10 had Noisy renovation on CNY days 1 & 2 MORNINGS, drilling & hammering; hotel staff were irresponsible and liars too. they kept insisting there was no ongoing renovation, claimed they asked security to check, till i went upstairs myself to film the dusty & noisy renovation works as attached, and showed the video to them ridiculously, no hotel manager was on duty as it was PH, yet noisy construction works were still ongoing? this hotel was owned by a chinese towkay, and handed down to his 2 daughters (1 is the CEO, 1 is the project manager in charge of the renovations) when he passed on. utterly irresponsible & inconsiderate planning from these sisters (i’m Chinese myself). Poorly-run family business in the service line/hotel & leisure industry

Nearby the hotel really hard to find any delicious foods to eat. Every Monday are heavy traffic due to night market right in front of the hotel. KSL shopping mall run down, better go midvalley southkey.

Good location good at kepong and have many good g foods in Kepong

Affordable hotel, however, it is quite outdated and should have some renovations done. Hairdryer and hotwater was not working

Great service from the front desk staff name daniel, the new room design with open toilet doesnt really practical, rooms very smelly when your couple do BIG BUSINESS, i downgraded my room to avoid that.

Traditional looks room. It’s clean. But no facility. Breakfast is nice with reasonable price RM 25

Very old environment and very dark lighting, no TV program along the night, car park design not suitable for MPV and bigger car. Entrance into the carpark very tight makes very challenging to turn in. Driving down also makes driving very challenging. The door into our rooms also very hard to close and open. Toilet door also problem. Bed head rest very dirty.

Hotel room is old fashion.. toilet is not clean properly.. parking is free but you need to be expert cause is too narrow. Has Fun Run event in Kepong Metropolitan Park… just 10 minutes from the event place

Quiet, spacious room. Friendly staff. Next to a mall. Food is easy to get nearby.

Booked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
