when we walked into the hotel, we saw a lot of people playing in the swimming pool, some women wearing skirts with black scarfs on their heads, men wearing T-shirt, they playing, laughing, even eating in the water, making the water disgusting, we were totally shocked! there's a restaurant in the hotel, they were holding a party from evening to midnight, playing music every every loudly! there was a machine just close to the room, I don't know what kind of machine is, I took a picture, it made noise loudly just liked a big truck driving pass your room all the time . Mosquitoes are extremely abundant in the room, but there's no mosquito net or mosquito incense. you can imagine the disgusting pool, the loud noise all the night, abundant mosquitoes, making the hotel like a hell for the guests. I can take legal responsibility for what I said is true!游泳池里很多人穿服泡在水里，女的穿裙子包头巾，男的穿短袖T恤，他们又闹又笑甚至在游泳池里吃东西！晚上酒店的餐厅举办party直到半夜11点半45分才结束，音乐声震动窗子哗哗响。房间旁边有个机器，不知道是什么，像个大卡车一样整晚响不停，这里简直就是一个地狱！我可以为我说的真实性负法律责任

這個酒店是我這次行程中性價比最高的，之前的倆大一小都要 2000+，這裏不需要加床費。衹要三位數以內，我看了酒店隔壁就要倆千多的房間。而且房間大，陽台也超大，前台幫我們免費升級了房間 整個酒店很有度假感覺，在別墅區，很安靜，下次來斯里蘭卡尼甘布一定要多住倆晚

這家酒店是我們到達斯里蘭卡的第一站，有點可惜的是我們的航班在晚上抵達，所以來到酒店感受到的是貼心的服務，第二天早上起來去吃早餐的時候，被大草地和泳池驚艷到了，環境真不錯，可惜要出發了，不然遊個泳肯定也是很快活的事情😄

Hôtel super, avec un accueil très chaleureux ! Le sunset face au lagoon et à la piscine est à faire et nous avons très bien mangé Propreté des lieux, service de grande qualité (voiturier, réception très réactive,…) Je recommande !

Siamo arrivati per caso in questo hotel che abbiamo trovato molto lussuoso rispetto agli standard del posto. Cercando su booking siamo stati ingolositi dal prezzo e dalla vicinanza all aeroporto essendo sempre di corsa per affari. Dobbiamo dire che ci ha inaspettatamente stupito per la cordialità, pulizia e ubicazione. Un vero paradiso naturale. Vivamente consigliato a chi piace il lusso non troppo sfarzoso con prezzi accessibili. Ritorneremo

The hotel is definitely recommended! Nice rooms with the most beautiful outdoor bathrooms. Good air conditioning which was really nice in the heat and some delicious pools. The breakfast at the hotel was also really good, and the staff were extremely nice and service-minded

A great resort to unwind in, having travelled Sri Lanka for 2 weeks it was nice to have somewhere peaceful to relax solo. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you, the buffet is varied each day at breakfast and dinner and the pools are lovely. The room was huge for one person so a real treat, one of the most impressive bathrooms I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean and housekeeping each day was great, they always made sure you had fresh bottles of water. Would recommend if you are travelling alone or with friends!

Really nice hotel with perfect view on Lagoon. The personel was absolutly fantastic. We have a specious room with two bathroom and great tarrace. Realy nice to stay and chill before or after the flight. The food in the restaurant was really good.

Peaceful and quiet place. Great for beginning your trip or before your departure (close to the airport), close to the beach, spacious garden, big rooms with great tarrace, two swimming (one with bar). Delicious breakfast with different dishes and really good a la cart dinner. I really enjoyed the time

I had an amazing stay at Regenta Arie Lagoon! The room was spotless, the amenities top-notch, and Kelum & the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Nice Clean and neat hotel, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, neat and spacious, the new years gala dinner was great, a special thanks to Fareed and Kalum, and the cleaning ladies, the food is also nice however the buffets are very over priced rather order of the al carte menu. Overall a very awesome stay for all 20 of us.

I can’t tell my experience in two lines and just after I entered to my home I wanted to share my terrible experience with you all. You must read this. I don’t know whether I am the only victim of this fraud done by booking, reservation and front desk staff of the hotel. When we book the hotel they don’t send us a pre confirmation email with details of room rates and dates we booked at least to have an idea of our budget of staying before paying the advance money. The lady who was handling our booking asked us to pay advanced to give all those details and after we paid it she just hung up the phone saying we can discuss everything at the day we are arriving to the hotel and no confirmation mail of message sent to us even after I book the hotel by Paying the advance. We went their on 29th December 2024 for Three nights and the amount was 57,000 Sri Lanken rupees more than the room rates she mentioned for two rooms only for 31st which she hasn’t mentioned over the phone when we did the booking. If she had told us we could have changed the idea of staying in a such a place. And I feel That is totally Miss leading us and it’s a terrible thing to do in hospitality industry I suggest. With that mind set they gave us my staying there with the family was totally vested. More over only activity we had was the dirty pool, play-are was always closed and no one takes the responsibility of opening and giving our kids anything to play with. There is no beach. For my two daughters , wife and me four of us only had two water bottles in 1st 24 hours and when we asked another from house keeping staff they said we have to pay extra for extra bottles. When the room key is not inserted in the room electricity supply the out side light is not working and 1st night after coming from the dinner our room out side was dark and when my wife tried to open the door accidentally the key was broken in to two pieces (She is not a giant to break an iron key in to two pieces) the key must be very old and rusted even for that to cut a key and give us they harshly charged us 5000/= rupees. Restaurant staff is friendly the only console I had was that but the whole thing was terrible mistake that I have ever done in my life taking the decision to go regenta aria lagoon. Please share if you have similar experiences and it would be a great help for every local and foreign tourist. Thank you very much.

Front office department is very kind and helpful. I want to thank you mr. Kalum for the support We had a wonderful stay at the Arie lagoon. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time.
