Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Tel Aviv

La stanza è pulita, e ci sono cioccolato e acqua. Ecco un negozio. Ci sono molti posti di mangiare e altri supermercati. Vieni c'è ancora molto di vendere piccole carrelli per diversi generi alimentari locali nel negozio. È molto conveniente. Anche per qualche minuto per prendere un auto al mare. È molto piacevole. Vivrà la prossima volta

Non c'è spazzolino da denti in camera. Ho chiamato e ho detto che lo spazzolino dell'hotel era esaurito domani. Sono rimasto davvero senza parole. Ad ogni modo, un hotel a quattro stelle non aveva nemmeno uno spazzolino da denti. La cosa più senza parole è che ho avuto un incontro importante la mattina presto dell'ultimo giorno. Check out alle 6:30, per non parlare del fatto che ho chiamato il servizio mattutino la sera prima e nessuno ha chiamato alle 6 del mattino. Sono andato alla reception alle 6:30 e nessuno ha fatto il check-out. La sicurezza ha detto che non si è alzato e mi ha chiesto di aspettare fino alle 8 in punto. Alla fine, sono stato l'unico a tornare per gestire il rimborso del deposito dopo l'incontro, quindi non sono salito sull'ultimo autobus per tornare a Gerusalemme il venerdì sabato. La posizione è buona, vicino al mare e alla stazione degli autobus ma l'hotel è nascosto in un edificio fatiscente, i servizi in camera sono OK, il balcone è prenotato per vedere il mare, anche l'acqua del bagno è molto buona, ma ad essere onesti , il servizio e le strutture software sono davvero buoni Non vale il prezzo e il titolo a quattro stelle. È meglio aggiungere un po' di soldi per stare nell'hotel a cinque stelle Dan accanto o semplicemente stare ad Abraham almeno a buon mercato e puoi fare molti amici. Insomma, spendere qualche migliaio di dollari per soggiornare in questo hotel non basta. Anche in ritardo

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. Dal punto di vista di Tel Aviv, il prezzo di questo hotel è relativamente cosciente. È solo un po' vecchio, ma tutto il resto è buono. Il posto dove fare colazione è all'aperto, il che è molto interessante

La struttura è molto confortevole e confortevole, ma è molto confortevole. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno è dotato di buone strutture, con WiFi rapida. La nostra unica domanda è che il fumo è consentito sul tetto superiore terrazzo, quindi siamo stati esposti a un sacco di fumo passivo durante il colazione.

I loved the hotel and hotel location. It is very central and easy to commute from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to highlight Igor and Halyna - who look after floor 8 and 4. They are amazing! So attentive, so friendly and so passionate and committed to their jobs. I have never met such dedicated people. They made me feel at home! I would come back just to be looked after by them

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. L'hotel era fantastico. La posizione era magnifica e il personale era cortese e sempre utile. La nostra camera ha visto il mare che era un bonus, era pulito e riempito ogni giorno, anche con una macchina da caffè. Il colazione è stato un piacevole diffondere la cucina continentale e locale. Il personale ci ha anche preparato una scatola di prelievo per ogni membro della nostra famiglia il giorno in cui abbiamo iniziato alle 6:00.

Questi appartamenti sono una festa per gli occhi, con vecchi grammofoni e registratori di nastro montati sulle pareti. I disegni di pittura sono impressionanti, ma l'atmosfera è sorprendente. Situato a una pietra gettata dalla strada di Disengoff, non si può scegliere un posto migliore. Il personale non avrebbe potuto essere più utile con suggerimenti per buoni ristoranti locali, ecc. Ci saremo certamente indietro.

Sicuramente la manutenzione non esiste,negli alberghi ,per lo meno a 4 stelle a Tel Aviv.Diciamo che il calcare o le guarnizioni usate ,le macchie ,non gli appartengono!Un front Office che funziona malissimo con stagisti messi lì senza tutor o che ci sono e fanno altro,insomma i referenti non intervengono ad aiutare neanche quando un check in dura più di 30 minuti.Per no parlare della mia richiesta per una fattura ,un conto unico su due camere diverse ho passato li un’ora la prima volta,un’ora la seconda volta.Ancora a oggi dopo mie mail di richiesta piuttosto dire ,non ho avuto nulla.Insomma ostaggio delle loro incompetenze 😡
