I migliori hotel con spa a Tebrau

We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

Il prezzo è molto costoso per l'hotel boutique. La posizione dell'hotel è anche difficile da trovare perché il logo è piccolo e coperto da un altro segnale, che è più grande. Pertanto sono con OKU persona con sedia a rotelle l'ingresso non è adatto per loro, ma il parcheggio al seminterrato ha una rampa per mettere la sedia a rotelle. Il conteggio dell'hotel si trova al piano terra. La stanza che ottengo è un po' piccola - per i viaggiatori musulmani - è difficile per loro pregare perché lo spazio è troppo piccolo. Ma la posizione dell'hotel è grande con un sacco di ristorante, fast food e ipermercato.

Staying here with my family for two nights. The unit is clean, and it's suitable for our needs, which can fit many people. Good location and good service. Thanks to the owner, we really had a great experience staying here. 😆😆

There was a cockroach, but overall location is walkable to main area in mount austin
