Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

酒店的前台和各樓層的服務員還有保安都很熱情，剛入住的時候送了果盤，酒店有配備的健身房，健身器械很全面，該有的都有，早晨起來健身完畢回去沖個澡就太舒服啦。酒店的地下停車場位置也很多，還碰到了一輛勞斯。附近好吃的非常多，推薦樑巷和燒烤，超級棒！

Dopo aver visto la performance meravigliosa, abbiamo fatto un giro di caldo ♨️. I bambini sono particolarmente felici di giocare. Alla fine, torniamo alla stanza. We stay at Desert Star Hotel area B. No regret choosing area B rather than area A. For us, we want to experience the stay in the midst of the desert rather than modern western hotel rooms that’s too common to us. The toiletries provide are good. Hot pot buffet dinner is awesome with lots of variety to choose. Staff attitude can be improved. Encounter a rude male staff at Area B reception. However, Ms Y.M is very helpful and never fail to respond to us via WeChat.

之前因為工作原因來這邊酒店參加過車企活動，但是並沒有入住，這次有機會終於自己住宿一番。整體環境感覺還是挺不錯的，因為現在是淡季，所以人非常少，感覺非常清靜，也是我最喜歡的；自駕來的車子停在最外面的院子裏，前台距離停車場也比較近，走路就可以來辦理入住；房間是濃濃的異域風情，床鋪還挺舒服的；房間主要是地暖和空調同時供暖，默認地暖温度是整體控制的，如果偏冷或者偏熱，就可以使用空調單獨調節；房間整體光線還是比較暗的，屬於暗調風格；但好在有個書桌台，非常適合用電腦辦公或者拍照修圖；早餐廳還真的挺大的，雖然是淡季，但是還是有幾桌遊客；早餐廳外就是大大的沙漠，如果不嫌棄，可以直接走上去拍照，確實還挺出片兒的；真的感覺喜歡清靜的，可以考慮淡季來哈哈～
