Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

We stay at Desert Star Hotel area B. No regret choosing area B rather than area A. For us, we want to experience the stay in the midst of the desert rather than modern western hotel rooms that’s too common to us. The toiletries provide are good. Hot pot buffet dinner is awesome with lots of variety to choose. Staff attitude can be improved. Encounter a rude male staff at Area B reception. However, Ms Y.M is very helpful and never fail to respond to us via WeChat.

一直糾結在於是住星星還是他家。選擇了Tengol主要還是因為能直接開車進去。 管家服務還是不錯的。解決問題，回答疑問，擺渡車接送都很快。也有可能我們現在去是淡季，人比較少。總覺得在寧夏這邊跟酒店/民宿工作人員溝通有時候會溝通不清楚，這裏也不例外，很奇怪，但也只是一些小事。 住在沙漠裏的確很特別。酒店客房設計也都是很有阿拉伯氛圍，而且房間打掃的非常乾淨。之前有評論說的下水道問題，我們這房間倒沒有碰到。 我們入住的那一天剛好下了一整天的小雨，很多沙漠項目都玩不了。晚上的賞星活動也都取消了，比較可惜。但第二天早上太陽公公出來了，所以馬上在退房前去玩沙漠項目。我們的房間是送了衝浪車，其他項目要自費。這些項目在沙坡頭都可以玩到，而且會比酒店便宜許多，但在酒店裏勝在人少，而且路線和玩的時間都比較合理。UTV（工作人員開）和卡丁車（自己開）都很推薦，非常刺激。 酒店西餐廳的晚餐性價比不是很高，出品也很一般。羊排味道可以，但M5肉眼就很一般。贈送的麵包籃裏的focaccia就很好吃，很香。送的麵包可以免費續。吃西餐主要是看到有烤串。羊肉串味道很一般，肉的品質真不怎麼樣。烤雞翅的話就還可以。甜品裏的羊奶巴斯克蛋糕就很推薦，值得一嘗。 早餐也是在西餐廳。東西還算挺豐富的了，熱菜是以中式的菜品為主。現煮的面配燉牛腩或燉羊排湯不要錯過，真的好吃。駱駝奶值得一試，不腥，還挺好喝的。早餐還提供了免費葡萄酒，兩紅兩白，這還挺爽的。 酒店整體來說已經是不錯了，體驗一次也就夠了。3000+一晚的價格值不值真因人而異了。

此次入住頤和大酒店，整體體驗令人滿意。 酒店大廳高端大氣，一進門就給人一種豪華感。前台的工作人員熱情禮貌，辦理入住手續迅速又周到，尤其是那可愛的丫頭，態度親切得就像回家一般。房間方面，雖有些陳舊的痕跡，但整潔程度沒得説，每一處都被打理得井井有條，住起來很舒心。酒店的服務態度非常好，無論是客房服務還是其他需求，都能得到及時響應。早餐種類尚可，能滿足基本需求。值得一提的是，大廳裏還有平價小超市，售賣枸杞特產、牛肉乾之類的商品，方便住客購買特色產品。老闆人不錯，問路，去哪裡怎麼走，哪裡好玩，哪有好吃的，都耐心解答，購買了枸杞，枸杞原漿，還給送了八寶茶。加了老闆微信，下次來銀還入住頤和大酒店。而且酒店位置優越，毗鄰高鐵站，出行十分便利，購物也輕鬆。無論是旅遊還是商務出行，頤和大酒店都是不錯的選擇。
