Actuallyi visited this place many times. It's clean, comfortable, and the crew is very open and helpful. The facilities needs some attention (lamps in some rooms are unscrewed etc.), shower is very tiny and needs mop with your own hands, but this is one of my favorite places to stay in Rhodes anyway!

Hôtel parfait à 100 m de la plage et vue sur la mer. Balcon et petite table pour apprécier la mer. Petit étendoir et assez de rangement.
Par-contre douche à l'italienne pas très agréable lorsque nous voulons aller aux toilettes car après une douche, le sol reste mouillé. Pas de balaie raclette pour évacuer l'eau.
Attention, le sèche cheveux installé dans la salle de bain reste dangereux puisque le sol est mouillé. Meilleur moyen pour s'electrocuter Personnel sympas

Pros sono Posizione è eccellente e Valore per soldi. Old hotel. Colazione gratuita inizia 7:00. Sul sito web detto può dare colazione precoce o qualcosa da prendere se il checkout precoce ma apparentemente non è vero, quindi si prega di correggere il sito.

Molti negozi e ristoranti vicino.
Camere spaziali e pulite con balcone. Cambio quotidiano di asciugamani. Grande, utile e sempre sorridente personale alla reception. Lo consiglio molto

Buona posizione, servizio? Anche se le stanze vengono liberate e pulite alle 11, non le restituiscono fino alle 15. Sono antipatici per questo, il water del bagno è molto vecchio e ha delle macchie nere all'interno, alcune luci sono bianche, ospedale -come, alcuni sono gialli, non ci sono prese sulla testata dei letti, non ci sono prese nel bagno.
Non ci sono altre strutture oltre alla piscina sul tetto.

We stayed in May 2023. It’s pretty windy but overall weather is good. Sunny and no rain. We love the view from our room with private pool and hot tub! Breakfast is delicious! One of the best hotel to stay in Santorini. Highly recommend.

Un bel hotel, una camera spaziale pulita, con un buon aria condizionata che normalmente si raffredda, deliziosi colazione, personale amichevole. L'unica cosa che mancava è il caffè di grano per colazione, il resto dell'hotel è perfetto.

La camera è molto bella, all'ingresso c'è un balconcino fronte mare (quasi tutte le camere d'albergo qui), e c'è una piccola piscina interna, si può stare in camera tutto il giorno. La colazione viene selezionata con un giorno di anticipo e qualcuno la consegnerà in camera la mattina.Ci sono molte scelte alimentari.Se c'è difficoltà nella scelta, lo staff è felice di dare consigli.

La nostra stanza e le immagini non sono conformi. Se gli amici che si interessano sono meglio confermare l'hotel, perché la stanza influenza direttamente il paesaggio, siamo andati in autunno, ma non abbiamo dato la stanza di immagini!
La camera dell'hotel è molto instabile, la camera 3 della casa non può essere ricevuta sul letto, e la sala può avere un segnale debole!Il segnale del parcheggio è pieno, ma inutile!
La decorazione sulla testa del letto di notte è caduta direttamente sul letto e sveglia la gente perché non è ferita, quindi non ho trovato un hotel per il controllo, ma ha reagito alla situazione, non c'è scusa!
La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande e le strutture sanitarie sono anche buone. Anche se si dice che è stato 99 anni, ma perché è stato riparato e anche nuovo, ma la posizione geografica è generalmente simile. Il noleggio può essere considerato. Non credere al trasporto pubblico sull'isola, non c'è differenza tra il giorno e il deserto ～

Ttraveller2002The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy.
If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

MMiguelA piscina estava partida não deu para usufruir dela, cobram 10€ se deixarem toalhas no chão e nem avisao, cobraram-me 50€ a mim pelas toalhas e por ter sujo sem querer a coberta da cama, simplesmente deixaram um papel debaixo da porta para ir à receção que tinha de pagar 50€ exigiam em dinheiro físico e eu impõs-me e só pagaria por cartão e fatura. Fora isso correu tudo bem

UUtente ospiteA parte il fatto di essere a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e di avere un brutto sapore di lenzuola, tutto il resto è perfetto. Fanno una buona colazione continentale ogni mattina, una bella piscina, adatta per adulti e bambini. Il personale è gentilissimo, ma l'interno dell'edificio sembra un po' vecchio stile, forse hanno assunto un designer anziano. Tuttavia il bagno è attrezzato, hanno un bollitore in camera, un mini frigorifero, un po' di caffè e tè. Direi che è un hotel a quattro stelle se non fosse per le lenzuola! Letto saggio, abbastanza comodo per dormire. Ero nella camera tripla e avevo anche un bel balcone tutto mio! Vale ogni centesimo speso in questo hotel dato il prezzo ragionevole!

UUtente ospiteKima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia.
The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience.
Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

La casa su Santa Island è fondamentalmente hotel o popolo, e nessun taxi può raggiungere la porta.È meglio che l'hotel contatti l'aeroporto di trasporto, il prezzo è 40 euro (come se fosse una riunione di autunno) in modo che il conducente invierà qualcuno a contattare l'hotel.
L'hotel è situato nel centro comparativo di Ferra. È molto vicino al business, alla stazione auto, è anche molto conveniente andare a Iya City. Arriva per mezz'ora di auto.
Questa stanza ha una stanza da bagno ＋, quindi è ancora possibile vivere in tre posti.Il letto da divano è grande o grande, ma il corridoio diventa molto timido.L'intera stanza è più stretta, molte persone si sentono un po'smalto 😂😂 in modo specifico per vedere il video
