Hotel a 3 stelle a Te Anau

We travel very often and can honestly say we have never been welcomed so friendly and treated so great. Although an older building, it was very clean and welcoming. Room was very spacious with a small living area. Coffee station and toiletries was very good. We had a room with a reasonable lake view. We had to do some laundry while there. It was so easy in huge machines. We stayed there on by birthday and was treated with a lovely breakfast. Although a small selection, it was extremely tasty and freshly made. We wanted to stay for breakfasts on other mornings but could not as we had to leave early. Thank you so much for an awesome stay. Will be back again.

A comfortable stay at a very reasonable rate. Good sized rooms. Helpful staff. We stayed here after having to evacuate my niece from Milford Track. We needed a quiet place with comfy beds. The Village Inn delivered. The Inn is very close to the medical centre and the town centre.

We stayed here as a base when visiting Milford Sound. Our room was a twin studio and was excellent. There was loads of space and was furnished to a great standard. The shower was powerful and the whole unit was exceptionally clean. You can park right outside your unit and it's a couple of minutes walk to the lake shore or into the town centre for the restaurants and supermarkets. It was very good value and we booked direct to get a 10% discount. Highly recommend.

Would thoroughly recommend this well located place. This was our third stay here and, again, we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our visit. The apartment was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and had a perfect view over Lake Te Anau. The price was, by a considerable margin, the best value for money of all the places we stayed during our 5-week New Zealand holiday. Feel certain the negative reviews dating back to 2018 must relate to when the place was under different ownership. The staff we encountered were welcoming, efficient, and ready and willing to deal with any questions or queries. If booking, would recommend specifically requesting a first floor apartment with lake view.

We stayed in room 1 and found it to be modernised and clean, a short walk to everything in the town. Two of us but it can sleep 4 if you don’t mind those in the lounge accessing the bathroom via the main bedroom. No stovetop but had an electric hot plate. No staff on-site due to general service labour shortages but that didn’t impact us and they were very responsive when we messaged. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Il proprietario dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Vi presenterà le condizioni circostanti. Vi presenterà le principali attrazioni del viaggio per il parco di Tsui Wan. Ci aiuterà a chiedere le condizioni di traffico locale. Inoltre, la guida deve essere lenta e sicura. Perche'non ha abbastanza ascolto, non adorerebbe scriverci per noi. Grazie. Il ristorante è stato introdotto con buon cibo e il ristorante popolare della città.Anche se abbiamo raggiunto il tempo delle 10 a.m., non siamo riusciti a servire il suo colazione di famiglia, che gli amici hanno fortemente raccomandato, ma una mattina, il capo e il capo erano occupati nel ristorante.Grazie.

Il motel è meraviglioso, pulito, confortevole e tranquillo! Bella decorazione, sembrava una camera d'albergo di lusso! Ci piaceva. Il personale non avrebbe potuto essere più amichevole e utile. Abbiamo dovuto lavarci, ci hanno dato felicemente il cambiamento necessario e ci hanno mostrato la lavanderia e il sapone. Così conveniente. Era un passo molto breve verso il lago e il centro della città. Avremmo consigliato a tutti!

We arrived to find our key sellotaped to the office door. Turns out the office isn't staffed any more. This wasn't particularly a problem, but it meant that things like borrowing dvds wasn't possible (and TV was poor, so we would have liked to have borrowed one). Also, the motel book in the room said that the room would be serviced every day ( not to make beds, but to empty bins and provide additional tea and coffee supplies). Our room was not serviced during our stay. Room was ok, but very tried looking. The room slept 4 people and had cooking facilities, but we had just 1 bowl, 2 plates and cutlery for 2. None of the crockery or cutlery matched, which just gave the impression of being uncared for and tired. There was a broken chair outside the bedroom door with the previous occupants cigarette butts in. Gardens for all motel rooms are joined, so we returned back from a day out to find that the man next door was using our chairs to dry his washing on! We could see that the motel is up for sale and it felt like the owners had lost interest. Location was very good, just one road back from the lake ( and easy access to the lake via a gennel).

Abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro furgone da noleggio per 3 notti. È un sito molto pulito e ben mantenuto con belle viste sul lago, a 15 minuti a piedi dalle strutture di Te Anau. I blocchi di doccia sono molto puliti e caldi e ben attrezzati con asciugacapelli ecc. Il personale era estremamente consapevole e utile, per esempio per andare a Kepler Track vicino, e prenotare un Milford Sound Cruise per noi a nessun costo aggiuntivo.
