Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Tashkent

非常乾淨、温馨、舒適的居住體驗，我們到達的時間是深夜了，但店員提前把所有的門卡給我們準備好讓我們快速入住，並耐心講解酒店的情況。早上時候熱情的給我們説早安，下一次來到烏茲別克斯坦我還將選擇這家酒店。尤其感謝工作人員努爾別克和阿齊茲！Очень чистый, уютный и комфортный опыт проживания. Мы прибыли глубокой ночью, но персонал заранее подготовил для нас все карты-ключи, чтобы мы могли быстро заселиться, и терпеливо объяснил ситуацию в отеле. Утром они радушно поприветствовали нас с добрым утром. В следующий раз, когда я приеду в Узбекистан, я снова выберу этот отель. Особая благодарность сотрудникам Нурбеку и Азизу!

先説説訂酒店的事，預訂8/19入住，8/10就不能改了，不管住不住都得付房費。正常沒問題，但如有不可抗力，如天氣原因航班取消，那損失都是客人的，酒店沒有任何損失。提供了航空公司由於天氣原因的等證明，但交涉還是無果，損失了一天的房費。最搞笑的是我訂了4晚，剩下3晚還得去住，也不能退，不住直接扣錢，這是不是霸王條款。我不知到攜程是怎麼跟酒店和代理談的協議，國外酒店都那麼強勢嗎？希望不要把國內客户當冤大頭，這方面攜程還是要加強改進的。當然攜程客服態度還是不錯，積極溝通，最後還給了100元補償。 再來説説酒店本身，酒店在鬧市，離廣場，購物中心還是比較近的，步行就能過去。但房間有點小，豪華房標33平方，但就一個房間，一個衞生間和一個櫥，我估算在28平方左右（房間和衞生間5x5+3平方櫥和浴缸）。設施比較簡單，台盆整體較小，浴缸有點窄，寬度不夠，人胖一點施展不開。隔音較差，晚上馬路上各種車的聲音聽得一清二楚。早飯很西式，中國人可能不習慣，奶酪品種多，各種齁甜的本地糕點和水果，我感覺吃不了。相較於近千元一天的房費，感覺性價比確實不高。下回是不是住這裏，要打個問號❓

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Персонал классный, вежливый. В номерах чисто. Бассейн вообще сказка- персонал пытается угадать все желания- в особенности импонировал спасатель- интересовался, помогал. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, сопровождаются живой музыкой- что очень приятно. Расположение отеля удобное. Рядом обменник. В отеле обменный банкомат не работал. Чистота прекрасная. Соотношение цена/качество супер

Landmark no-frill hotel but unfortunately completely worn out. Rooms need a major renovatio. Staff is very friendly though. They gave me a lunchbox on the day of departure as I couldn't make it for breakfast. Good value for money but that's it.

Localizzazione meravigliosa e servizio di grande qualità. Camera grande in mobili di stile contemporaneo. Camere calde e confortevoli. Grande accesso 24 ore ad un'acqua calda e riscaldamento centrale è kudos a questo hotel durante questa stagione invernale. Il personale dell'hotel è utile e aperto per l'assistenza a richiesta dell'ospite. Cons: La sicurezza di circolare nel lobby principale con le chiavi di auto swing nelle mani è un luogo sfortunato. Il bar desiderato poteva rimanere aperto dopo mezzanotte.Durante il mio soggiorno la piscina dell'hotel e il centro spa non era operativo e chiuso. Hotel di qualità superiore complessivo da 20 in città

Il problema principale è che non trovo una buona posizione. Il taxi non può sempre trovare l'hotel. La mappa di Google è anche perfetta, ma è il più affidabile usare la mappa di Baidu in Uzbekistan. L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, a dieci minuti di auto. È importante notare che se è T3 il edificio della stazione di volo, è molto lontano da T1 e T2, non in un posto, T3 in generale vola Buhara.La colazione dell'hotel è anche la migliore che abbia vissuto nell'hotel Uzbekistan, e la performance musicale. Le strutture della stanza sono un po'vecchie, la TV è molto piccola, e poi c'è sempre il rumore della macchina, che ha un impatto sulla qualità del sonno, la testa non è comoda e non c'è un cappello.È possibile andare a piedi alla piazza di ferro e legno.In generale, è una buona scelta in Uzbekistan.

La posizione è molto centrale, il negozio rosso è buono!La comunità dietro l'hotel è molto conveniente andare alle principali attrazioni e a Baza.La reception è molto inglese.La stanza è molto tranquilla.È la decorazione del vecchio stile di segretariato sovietico negli anni novanta, le strutture sono più vecchie ma funzionano bene.
