Hotel 4 stelle a Tashkent

Siamo da Israele con esperienza in dozzine di hotel in tutto il mondo, tra cui l'Uzbekistan. Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza. Un nuovo hotel di qualità più elevata, pulito, moderno e vicino a tutto quello che avete bisogno, compreso l'aeroporto. Il receptionista Maftina era umano con una ricchezza di conoscenze e informazioni e ci ha dato l'attenzione personale per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il colazione è ricco e molto delizioso. Ho soggiornato nella sala deluxe deluxe che è spaziosa e pulita. Camminare breve alla strada principale, l'hotel è tranquillo. Facile da andare in tutti i luoghi da ayandex Go. Varieta di colazione. Prezzo ragionevole.

We had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases. We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

Deliziosi colazione orientali, camere d'albergo pulite e confortevoli. 👍 Un hotel nel cuore della città, tutto è vicino 🇺🇿 Grande personale, spa gratuito e piscina calda, deliziosi cocktail al bar e un piacevole barista. 👏👏👏👏Clean gym with excellent equipment, responsive staff in the gym and spa. 👍👍👍Ben done 💪

Un grazioso piccolo hotel indipendente vicino al centro città. Le camere sono piccole ma accoglienti, dotate di tutto il necessario, persino un piccolo balcone. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e attento, e risponde prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta. La colazione nel ristorante dell'hotel non è a buffet; non c'è scelta, ma è buona e molto abbondante. Oggi, a causa del check-out anticipato, abbiamo preparato un buon pranzo al sacco per il viaggio. Il mio unico suggerimento è di sostituire le bottiglie d'acqua da 0,33 l con quelle da 0,5 l; personalmente l'ho trovata molto scarsa.

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Stayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.

Останавливался на 3 ночи. Хороший, в целом, бутик отель . На завтрак все основное есть, понравилась мини самса в первый день. Не мешало бы добавить фоновую музыку, а то в полной тишине кушать странно. Вот бассейн и сауна думал что классно - полноценный большой бассейн и тренажерный зал в отдельном фитнес клубе рядом. Но по факту - приходится нести с собой вещи, идти по улице, а было прохладно. Никаких правил портье не рассказал . А там не хотели без тапочек пускать и давать полотенце. По сути, окунулся 1 раз, посидел 5 минут в сауне и больше не ходил. Удобнее все же когда все в отеле находится. С решением проблем на ресепшен помогали, за что спасибо. Уборка номеров не ежедневно, только когда нажал «уберите номер» - вынести мусор и убрались, а так может бы и не приходили ни разу за 3 дня. Не помешало бы иметь ещё бритвенный набор помимо зубного. И поменяйте жидкое мыло для рук - ну это же колхоз, хотя бы нормальный диспенсер поставьте красивый. Рядом ещё рестики, удобно. От аэропорта тоже 10 минут езды. Рекомендовать смело могу

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è facile da trovare! Il ragazzo alla reception continuava a sorridermi e il suo inglese era molto buono! Anche se il mio inglese non è molto buono, non mi influenza! La stanza era pulita e igienica. Mi è stata addirittura assegnata una camera di categoria superiore! Questo è un posto molto spazioso in cui vivere! Alla fine questa volta non ho fatto nessun errore! Gli amici che vengono in Uzbekistan possono farlo con fiducia! ! A proposito, anche la colazione dell'hotel è molto buona. Ho visto perfino porridge e bastoncini di pasta fritta! Penso che il cibo sia abbastanza buono e potrò abituarmi alle prelibatezze locali!

Отель удобно расположен, на прогулку было только 4 часа, увидели достаточно много) кондиционер работает, чай, кофе , чайник в номере) завтрак понравился, были и фрукты, и овощи , и десерты) было сытно и вкусно) еще оказалось, что в стоимость включен бассейн, жалко не успели посетить) предоставляется шампунь, гель для душа, расческа, шапочка, зубной набор, и даже швейный) в общем,  хоть и жили одну ночь, остались довольны)😊
