Hotel con colazione a Tashkent

Un grande hotel nuovo, nelle stanze tutto fresco, nuovo. Mi dispiace solo che sotto la finestra è ancora costruito. Gli alimenti sono stupendi, probabilmente la migliore scelta di piatti che abbia mai incontrato. La piscina con un bar sul tetto è eccellente, solo freddo. C'è un ham e una stanza con neve. Servizio ad alto livello.

Recap of my stay. When I entered the rooms the materials were of high quality and the beds were soft. The lighting was decent but the TV was outdated. The bathtub was aesthetically pleasing but was extremely uncomfortable to lay in. Regarding the amenities; the pools were nice in theory but it was full of loud and obnoxious people. The rules on the wall say not to bring glassware in the pool yet there were countless people with beers in the water which is a bit of a safety concern with children running around everywhere. Staff was either not attentive or just selective on who to enforce rules upon. The executive lounge was fairly decent with their offering. The restaurant on the rooftop was not great on the other hand. Food was sub par and the cocktails were terrible to say the least. They had a small selection of both cocktails and maybe 2 or three hookah flavors. As for the staff the reception and security were nice. The problems are hidden above the elevator in the lobby. When going to the restaurant upstairs the hostess greeted me and directed me to the table. She asked me what language I wanted my menu and I said “English, thank you.” Then she hesitantly handed me the menu in English asked “Where are you from? We have other languages on the bottom.” I looked at the bottom and the three languages were English Russian and Chinese. The hint that I would be better suited with Chinese was unnecessary. I’m born and raised in America but of Korean descent. I walked in speaking with no accent compared to the hostess’s broken English. I am also grown enough to tell you my language of preference. If I ask for a menu in English I expect an English menu without a side of racial profiling to sour the evening. The second staff issue was when entering the executive lounge. We went for the evening hors d'oeuvres. There were a handful of people entering and leaving, but when we went to grab food and drinks, someone from the staff had stopped me and asked me “What room number are you in?” He didn’t approach or ask any other guests in the room. You can’t even enter the lounge without the appropriate keycard that allows access. The staff did an excellent job at profiling and making you feel unwelcome in every corner of the hotel. We were quiet and respectful guests. Not sure what the issue could have stemmed from. Overall my stay at the hotel was not bad but the staff spoiled the stay. It was par for the course for my trip in this country, with countless people shouting ni hao as I explored the city and taxi drivers becoming belligerent. You won’t find solace from ****** and ignorant behavior from even the staff at the most upscale hotels in the country. Disappointing to say the least. The Hilton in Tashkent and Uzbekistan itself has earned its rightful place on my “skip it” list.

Very close to the train station, which made it easier to arrive back from Samarkand, it’s a great location from that sense. Super chic and modern interior for the lobby as well as the rooms - rooms quite stylish and tasteful, surpassed our expectations. 24/7 restaurant and bar which was helpful for us as we checked in late at night.  There’s also a steam and sauna that’s small but quite nice and clean. All in all, great value for money!!

* Location: excellent! It is close to the main interchange main stations, located in the very heart of the city and in such a beautiful neighbourhood! It’s somewhere where you wouldn’t expect a hostel to be based at. Less than 1km walk to Tashkent city mall and a supermarket, lots of eateries nearby from fancy to cheap eats! Plenty of options! * Room: I stayed in a 8 beds room. The room wasn’t very big so the aisle can feel a little tight, there’s large lockers inside the room that you can easily fit a large suitcase in. The bed is surprisingly comfy and the sheets felt crisp. There’s a small light by the bed and two charging stations which I thought was great and there’s also a table you could open / close back to the wall. * Toilets / bathroom: during earlier in the day, all seems ok but as the day goes on, lots of hair on floor and toilets aren’t clean ☹️also, the second floor supposed to be for female? I saw a guy also using the toilets on the same floor so it felt a bit awkward and weird as the bathrooms are also right next to the toilets. I think they should put a note to say the bathrooms and toilets are for female only? If not why bother separate into males and females rooms / floors? * I booked through trip.com and one of the benefit was late check out, I messaged the hotel in advance to mention, they were super accommodating, I didn’t check out until 2.30pm because my flight was at 8.20pm at night. They weren’t pushy. * Staff: the front desk guy was chill and very helpful, he even helped take my suitcase up the stairs. * Amenities: trip.com needs to fix this but it says there’s a fitness center but hostel confirmed they do not have. No complimentary of towels, tooth brush, tooth paste etc ~ they all have a fee if you want to buy or rent the towels. There is a water dispenser machine, a fridge, an iron board and a laundry rack in the small common area. Overall, I thought the stay was ok. I wouldn’t really stay here for more than one night.‘I’m glad it was only one night. The location was the main thing I love about this hostel. I think they could really improve on the bathroom and toilets cleanliness as it seems like as if they were only cleaned once a day. Apparently there’s simple breakfast available, I didn’t manage to check this out as it was only available 8-10am…

L'hotel è buono, ma con alcune carenze. La moglie ha detto che il letto era sporco. Non mi piaceva sempre molto caldo nel bagno. Ma il resto dell'hotel per l'alloggio è abbastanza adatto. Buona posizione.Colazione era una volta - buona, diversa. La zona è tranquilla, il condizionatore d'aria ha funzionato, il frigorifero è scomparso nella stanza.

Vivo nella bara, sono andato a Praga la mattina. Ho ricevuto una carta con un numero di letto, ma quando sono entrato nella stanza, un altro ospite era a letto.Quando ho sentito questa storia, ha usato questo letto da un giorno prima.Quando sono andato alla reception per spiegare, mi è stato detto di usare un altro letto. Perche'è mezzanotte, quindi quando ho usato il letto vuoto, ho insistito che l'altro ospite che è tornato da fuori era il mio letto.Sono passato le 23:00, quindi gli ho detto questo e ho spiegato che mi dispiace, ma spero che si consulti con la reception. Di conseguenza, sembrava aver aggirato fino a mezzanotte circa un'ora. Non ho impostato letto, non sono sicuro di quale letto sta usando.Non ho dato i pantaloni. In primo luogo, spero che tu modifichi adeguatamente la prenotazione e controlli l'uso del letto prima di guidare. Se vuoi partire solo al mattino, sarà meglio perché è direttamente collegato alla stazione, ma non credo che ci siano altre ragioni per usarlo.

Il servizio clienti è molto buono e la stanza è ben pulita. Cos'è successo, il bagno non è fluito, l'aria condizionata è rotta.Le pareti della stanza accanto sono anche molto sottili, posso sentire l'intero rumore. C'è una piscina nel giardino, e l'atmosfera è molto buona.

Posizione centralissima in un albergo storico. Aree comuni molto moderne, colazione ottima e bella vista dal bar al piano in alto. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, anche se un po' datata. Condizionatore rumoroso, ho dormito con i tappi per le orecchie. Complessivamente siamo stati bene.

I principali monumenti e i grandi parchi di Tashkent, come Piazza Amir Timur e il Teatro dell'Opera Alisher Navoi, sono raggiungibili a piedi. A circa 800 metri si trova una stazione della metropolitana e, grazie ai numerosi ristoranti rinomati (come Fish and Bread) e caffè situati nei dintorni e sotto l'hotel, potrete godere di un'ottima infrastruttura senza dovervi spostare troppo. Sicurezza: Consigliato per chi viaggia da solo. Situato su una delle vie principali del centro di Tashkent (via Islom Karimov), l'hotel beneficia di un costante flusso pedonale e di un'eccellente illuminazione stradale, garantendo un'elevata sicurezza anche al rientro a tarda notte. Anche il servizio di deposito bagagli, che custodisce in sicurezza le vostre valigie durante i vostri spostamenti, è molto affidabile. Cordialità del personale: ”Mi sono sentito come a casa.” Il personale della reception è molto cordiale e si adopera per risolvere tempestivamente qualsiasi piccolo problema o richiesta in camera. Colazione: Frutta e torta sono ottime.
