Hotel con colazione a Tashkent

Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Ho prenotato un soggiorno di cinque notti. Una ragazza mi ha accolto alla reception per i primi tre giorni, e un membro dello staff di nome SAIDAZIZ mi ha accolto per i due giorni successivi; entrambi sono stati molto cordiali. Il quarto giorno, il sistema ha avuto un malfunzionamento, indicando che avrei potuto soggiornare solo quattro notti. Questo membro dello staff mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema e mi ha persino dato due calamite da frigo come risarcimento. L'hotel è nuovo e abbastanza pulito, ma le pulizie non sono state molto puntuali, iniziando sempre di sera. La colazione veniva servita ogni mattina; era un buffet con un'ampia varietà di piatti, per lo più occidentali.

Il servizio generale è stato eccellente. Il personale è stato molto utile nel tentativo di aggiornarci a causa del nostro status di membro, anche se le camere erano molto occupate. Ci siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro aggiornamento l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno.

L'hotel è nuovo e in catena. Forse non l'ha sentito in casa. Poi ho controllato molti altri in Asia centrale. La stanza è molto grande e pulita.Il prezzo è incluso in tasse.

Really nice experience at Swissôtel Tashkent. Clean and stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well organized — would happily stay again.

Great value stay with excellent breakfast in Tashkent We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option. The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here. The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower. There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station. There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

Mi è piaciuto l'hotel, le colazioni erano eccellenti, i ragazzi alla reception erano reattivi, la pulizia era giornaliera, diceva che non c'erano finestre, ma c'era una finestra e l'aria condizionata, solo la TV non funzionava, hanno dato una scorta illimitata di acqua, c'erano spazzolini da denti e dentifricio, la piscina è un argomento caldo con il caldo

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Hotel in retro stile. Vantaggi: Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione metropolitana, banca, centro di servizio pubblico, mercato, sala di comunicazione e delizioso cibo. Ci è un raffreddamento con acqua. Ogni giorno chiedono se è necessario pulire. Defecti: cattiva mattresse, molto senti le fonti, anche se la mattress è. Basta colazione.Di verdure fresche solo cucchiaini.Baclayani e cavolo colorato sono cucinati nella biancheria.Razze di dolce. salsa di formaggio.Di frutta solo mele e minta.Il caffè è solubile. Se arrivate alle 8:00, il cibo è fresco, poi riscaldato con l'aggiunta di olio, le uova sono tostate in ambulanza e la proteina rimane liquida. Molte torte, non è delizioso. C'è una tazza nella stanza unica, nessun tè, nessun riscaldamento d'acqua nel frigorifero. Ho scelto un hotel perché ho avuto difficoltà con un'altra delle mie prenotazioni. Era necessario scegliere rapidamente e la scelta per le vacanze era piccola. L'hotel offre sconti e bonus, sembra che la gestione stia cercando di attrarre gli ospiti. Ma sarebbe molto meglio se la direzione rivedere il menu e investire soldi nell'aggiornamento dei mobili. Quando si accede, è necessario dare l'importo aggiuntivo dell'imposta. Io l'ho dato in contanti, il rimborso non è stato trovato. Allora ho dovuto chiedere il rimborso più volte. Non tutto ancora. Quindi vale la pena preparare i soldi per il calcolo. C'è una piscina all'hotel, il mio gusto d'acqua in essa è muto. Non l'ho usato. E non mi sono seduto a pulirla. La piscina ha due chilline. Tuttavia, intorno agli alberi grandi, quindi solo con il sole non può funzionare. In generale, la mia impressione su un tre. Non mi fermerò di nuovo.
