Il nostro soggiorno a Marmaris Saray era più di quanto ci aspettavamo. Ci siamo salutati da un gentiluomo che parlava eccellente inglese. Anche se la nostra prenotazione era l'ultima volta, è stata una grande decisione. La posizione era perfetta- passeggiabile al centro, ma anche a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana più vicina. Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi vicino per comprare tutto quello che ti serve. Il colazione gratuito è stato abbondante con molte opzioni dolci e deliziose, e c'è anche una macchina espresso e tè verde libero da usare. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutte le necessità.

La pressione idrica e le strutture comode sono grandi e il vento del vento è grande.Dopo essere arrivato in Uzbekistan, viveva solo una notte il giorno dopo aver trasferitosi a Samarhan. Il mio animale domestico è soffice, posso dormire bene, e mangiando cena in un ristorante famoso, posso non uscire dopo aver fatto i movimenti di imbarco e lasciare la stanza mattina. Se lo usi per questo motivo, penso che sia un hotel molto consigliato e soddisfacente.Naturalmente, la colazione di autobus è anche soddisfacente, e la squadra è fantastica.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

This hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean rooms and very comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and in particular the restaurant manager Elbek who not only gave me first class food and drinks recommendations but organised transport for part of my travel. I ate in the restaurant each night as the menu was extensive and he recommended food and drinks I hadn’t tried before which were superb, and consequently I recommend their eggplant salad. I will stay in this hotel again on my way back through Tashkent. Also the hotel is near a metro station which gives access to plenty of things to see in the city such as the famous Soviet-era metro stations. A short walk from the hotel is the main square where you will see the contrasting buildings of Soviet architecture.

La camera era decente, con un bagno a stile occidentale e abbastanza spazio per una doccia comoda. Non c'è TV in camera, e ci sono limitati accessori convenienti per i dispositivi di carica. Tuttavia, è possibile utilizzare uno dei punti di accesso della parete che è normalmente usato per la caldaia d'acqua. L'hotel offre tè e tazze, che è un bel toccamento. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Solo uno dei tre membri del personale parlava inglese, quindi si potrebbe dover usare un'app di traduzione per comunicare a volte. Nonostante la barriera linguistica, il personale era ancora alloggiato e cercava di aiutare il meglio. La colazione è stata eccellente, con molte opzioni disponibili. Se il treno parte alle 8 o dopo, si può ancora godere di un rapido colazione prima di arrivare alla stazione. Ci sono ascensori per accedere alle stanze.La prova sonora è accettabile, non perfetta, ma non problematica. In generale, questo hotel offre un buon valore per il prezzo. La posizione è buona, le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, e il personale è utile. Mi premerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo per una futura visita a Tashkent.

Ho prenotato questo soggiorno in hotel per i miei genitori anziani. A quanto pare, al loro arrivo l'addetto alla reception non li ha accolti né li ha salutati. Inoltre, quando ho prenotato questo soggiorno, ho notato che il check-in era dopo le 10:00 e il check-out dopo le 14:00. Sono rimasto sorpreso e ho chiamato l'hotel per confermare questa informazione. Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.
