UUtente ospiteL'hotel è abbastanza nuovo, quindi le camere sono in buona condizione. Il colazione era anche buono. Mia madre amava il porridge così tanto che disse che ricordava il suo sapore di infanzia! La posizione è anche buona solo 7 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. L'unica cosa che ero icky è i ricevitori. Non conoscono le competenze di comunicazione di base. Se ho chiesto una domanda, finirono per rispondere con imitazioni o con parole molto limitate. FYI io sono fluido nelle lingue locali. Dovrebbe esserci una persona che parla e risponde alle domande chiaramente con le frasi complete!!! Mi ha fatto impazzire e di sé stesso consapevole delle mie competenze linguistiche lol.
Ho chiesto di usare il servizio di deposito bagagli quando siamo arrivati prima dell'ora di check-in e quando abbiamo chiesto di ottenere le nostre cose, il ricevitore ha appena imitato la testa indicando la stanza dove le nostre cose erano. Ho immaginato che ci chiedesse di andare lì e di prenderci in giro, e così facevamo anche se di solito dovrebbero gestire le nostre cose da soli, invece di chiedere agli ospiti di andare in una stanza piena di articoli da pantria e altri bagagli!!
Anche se abbiamo chiesto i servizi di pulizia, non hanno cambiato le tovaglie! Qual è il punto di pulizia della stanza se non cambiano le tovaglie lol!
Credo che potrebbero fare meglio se imparassero un po' sul servizio al cliente.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato questo soggiorno in hotel per i miei genitori anziani. A quanto pare, al loro arrivo l'addetto alla reception non li ha accolti né li ha salutati. Inoltre, quando ho prenotato questo soggiorno, ho notato che il check-in era dopo le 10:00 e il check-out dopo le 14:00. Sono rimasto sorpreso e ho chiamato l'hotel per confermare questa informazione. Volevo far sapere che i miei genitori sarebbero arrivati prima delle 10:00 (ero pronto a pagare un extra se l'hotel lo avesse richiesto), ma il rappresentante dell'hotel mi ha detto che il check-in è dopo le 14:00 e il check-out entro le 10:00. Il rappresentante ha detto che ”avrebbe trovato una soluzione”, quindi non dovevo preoccuparmi! Ho chiamato immediatamente il servizio clienti di trip.com e ho potuto confermare che, grazie ai miei ”Premi”, avevo diritto a orari di check-in/out privilegiati. Quindi, caro addetto alla reception Bekhzod, se non lo sai, per favore non dare l'impressione di fare un'eccezione/un favore a qualcuno: non ha nulla a che fare con te!
Aspetti negativi:
—-＞Ho prenotato una camera specifica con mobili marroni, ma i miei genitori hanno soggiornato in una camera delle stesse dimensioni ma con mobili grigi (nota bene: non è la stessa cosa che si vede nella foto)
—-＞ C'erano 3 soffioni doccia in bagno e quello principale (a pioggia) non funzionava!
Aspetti positivi:
—-＞ Trip.com afferma che questo hotel non ha un ascensore, ma in realtà ce n'è uno grande, bello e con uno specchio!
—-＞ La donna delle pulizie e il responsabile della manutenzione sono stati gentili e attenti.
—-＞ L'addetto alla reception Bekhzod è stato molto paziente con mio padre, affetto da disturbi mentali, ed è lui che ha costantemente aiutato i miei genitori a prenotare un taxi Yandex (grazie mille)
—-＞ La colazione era buona, ma i dolci erano migliori
—-＞ C'è un supermercato chiamato Korzinka nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile a piedi!
Nel complesso tutto ok, ma non ci tornerei per i miei futuri viaggi a Tashkent

We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option.
The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here.
The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower.
There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist.
Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station.
There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either.
Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

DDariaОтель удобно расположен, на прогулку было только 4 часа, увидели достаточно много) кондиционер работает, чай, кофе , чайник в номере) завтрак понравился, были и фрукты, и овощи , и десерты) было сытно и вкусно) еще оказалось, что в стоимость включен бассейн, жалко не успели посетить) предоставляется шампунь, гель для душа, расческа, шапочка, зубной набор, и даже швейный) в общем, хоть и жили одну ночь, остались довольны)😊
