Non c'è nessuna ricezione sul desk front, non c'è ascensore. Quindi se si porta bagagli pesanti, buona fortuna salire e scendere. La posizione è perfetta. La stanza è grande. La prenoterò la prossima volta che viaggio la luce.

Un hotel molto conveniente. Anche se è un po' lontano dalla città vecchia, ci vogliono solo più di 20 minuti a piedi. C'è una fermata dell'autobus davanti alla porta. È molto vicino al mercato locale di Fruits al mercato sono molto economici, soprattutto i fiori di pruno. Gli ospiti dell'hotel possono bere caffè e bevande gratuiti, il che è molto premuroso.

Hotel veramente meraviglioso vale anche oltre cinque stelle; personale molto professionale, camere belle e spaziose, pulite; letto eccezionale, tavolo per il lavoro grande, varie tipologie di luci in camera, box doccia eccellente e vasca moderna; la colazione è buonissima. Non si può chiedere veramente di più ad un hotel; è collegato molto bene con l’aeroporto di Tallinn con la fermata dell’autobus di fronte e ogni sette minuti partono autobus molto efficienti in cui si può pagare direttamente con la carta di credito: in un quarto d’ora si arriva all’aeroporto di Tallinn che e’ distante 3 km. Tallin adesso è una città estremamente evoluta e super organizzata e moderna al punto tale che negli autobus nei posti a sedere ci sono addirittura cavi USB per caricare il cellulare (cosa che non avevo ancora visto. We wanted to find a 5- or 4-star hotel for our stay. From *********** we found Adoryal Hotell, 4-star hotel close to the harbor. It looked good in the pictures and had good reviews and their breakfast had good reviews too. We were really looking forward to this trip. At first we couldn't find the entrance and had to go through Sadamarket. (Eventually we found the real entrance from the other end of the building.) We had four different rooms, (one standard one, two double bed rooms, and one deluxe one). The only difference between the double bed room and the deluxe room was a small private terrace and water kettle. One of the rooms had dirty bedsheets, most of them had dirty showers, some glasses in the rooms had stains in them. There were no amenities other than a hairdryer and shower cap, and only offered toiletry was handsoap. We went out to spend the night, and asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. We got two shady unmarked cars where you could only pay with cash. After that we only used Taxi Tallink we ordered ourselves using Taxilink app. Later in the evening we went to the hotel reception and asked for 7 champagne glasses. They told us they don't have many, but asked us to follow and see if they have some. They found a bucket where there were 6 champagne glasses, and they found one that was slightly different. Well, if that's all they have, sure, we'll take it. They told us to rinse the glasses with water and they should be good to go. When we looked at the glasses we saw that they were all dirty and used with fingerprints and lip stick on them. We told them that rinsing them with just water isn't good enough, we wanted clean glasses. What was their reply? They handed us a sponge and dish soap and told us to clean them in our room. We refused and ended up drinking champagne from normal water glasses we found from our rooms. (First time experience!) The breakfast was poor and bad. Cheese and ham and omelette and toast bread with coffee or tea and warm orange juice and water. We had to be careful when choosing a cup or a glass for ourselves, because many of them were dirty with stains on them. This wasn't the experience we were looking for. This wasn't the experience we paid for. We expected to have a nice stay in a nice 4-star hotel. This place is barely a 2-star place (we've had better stays and service in many 2-star and even 1-star places)

La colazione era soddisfacente ma apprezzeremmo alcune modifiche al menu in giorni diversi. La nostra vista della camera era buona. Il personale era efficiente, solidale e cordiale. Un sacco di ristoranti, supermercati e negozi di droga intorno all'hotel. Tuttavia, alcune aree devono essere prese in considerazione dal loro top management: 1. tazze e bollitore possono essere forniti per ogni stanza, e 2. il costo aggiuntivo per l'utilizzo della spa e della sauna era di 15 euro a testa, che riteniamo possa essere troppo alto per i viaggiatori non europei, e 3. Anche la palestra è stata addebitata a 5 euro a testa, proprio come farebbe la maggior parte degli hotel in altre grandi città.

We had a 5th anniversary with my girlfriend and decided to stay at Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn. We booked a few days in advance to get a deluxe room with enough space and a bath. The price for the booking was fair since the hotel was located in the city center and it was the holiday season. When we arrived at the hotel we went to the reception, paid for our stay and got our room cards. When we got to our room, something felt off, there was no bath, the room was quite tight and the location was next to the elevator. We were very confused and looked at the pictures online and our bookings again to make sure we chose the right room type and we confirmed ourselves that this was the wrong room, we gathered our things and went back to the reception. It turned out they had given us a standard room even tho we had booked a deluxe one and even paid for a deluxe room at the reception. The whole hotel was full and there was no alternative so we just had to settle with that, since we did not want to risk being without a stay for the night on our 5th anniversary. I don't understand, how can you ask for a deluxe room price for a stay, if you are out of deluxe rooms in the hotel. I know people make mistakes, but we felt cheated on at this point. If we arrived at the hotel and were informed of this firsthand, that there had been a mistake etc it would have been fine, but to charge for a deluxe room and give standard room cards and later make a surprise face, is just bad. To compensate for this we were promised 2 cocktails from the front bar and a 2 hour later check-in. We agreed to this since we did not have any choice. When we decided to go out in the evening and get our 2 cocktails we had a bad encounter with the lady keeping the bar. She was arrogant and did not know anything about this, so we spent quite a lot of time trying to convince her that we had a deal with the reception. She went to confirm this and when she came back she said we would have 2 soft drinks. Two soft drinks! You made a mistake, you apologized and offered to make up for it and then you decide to withdraw from your promise? That is just plain bad. We had loss of words and did not want to start a scene, we got our drinks and just went back to our hotel room. Overall, you can have a great location, you can have good breakfast, and a fancy hotel, but if the staff is arrogant and you get a taste of being cheated on, nothing fixes that.

L'hotel è situato nella città vecchia. La reception del check-in è stata gentile e ha fornito molte informazioni. Il personale della portineria ci ha detto ripetutamente che se abbiamo bisogno di portare i bagagli, dobbiamo dirglielo, e lui ci aiuterà a portarli giù. Il servizio in generale è molto professionale! Se qualche amico va a Tallinn, consiglierà sicuramente di stare a casa sua!

Questo hotel 4-star è sicuramente una scelta perfetta. È molto vicino alla vecchia città e tutto è così meraviglioso!

Excellent hotel only 4km from Tallinn airport and 100metres from the historic Old Town of Tallinn. The reception staff were brilliant- helpful, professional and good humoured. Nothing too much trouble for them. We arrived at 12.30pm after driving to Luton Airport from North West and a 3 hr flight .official check in wasn't until 3pm but we were given our room keys with a smile and best wishes for our stay despite being early. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating and helpful when we asked for more pillows and coffee etc and always greeted us. We used the spa facilities - pool, jacuzzi and sauna which were all clean and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant on our first night for convenience and had lunch in the bistro after using the spa. Both good value. We were given lots of local info by the reception staff abd would recommend anyone staying her to visit the Baalti Jamm Market ( 400metres from hotel) behind the railwY station- we had local filled pancakes fir breakfast there each day, the occupation Museum and the Craft Quarter of the Old Town. Also Bogota Pott cafe - lovely pottery, coffee cakes and soup. We were advised how to get a ferry to Helsinki for the day too Excellent service from a super convenient hotel,with great facilities and staff

Questo hotel è favoloso, abbiamo notato una cura nei particolari molto gradita. Personale gentile e disponibile, la camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulitissima. Ci hanno anche portato un piatto di frutta fresca di benvenuto. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare al kreutzwald. Come distanza dalla città vecchia e tutto il resto e top, si può andare a piedi oppure chiamare un taxi che costa pochissimo. Solo che complimenti! Grazie!!
