Hotel veramente meraviglioso vale anche oltre cinque stelle; personale molto professionale, camere belle e spaziose, pulite; letto eccezionale, tavolo per il lavoro grande, varie tipologie di luci in camera, box doccia eccellente e vasca moderna; la colazione è buonissima. Non si può chiedere veramente di più ad un hotel; è collegato molto bene con l’aeroporto di Tallinn con la fermata dell’autobus di fronte e ogni sette minuti partono autobus molto efficienti in cui si può pagare direttamente con la carta di credito: in un quarto d’ora si arriva all’aeroporto di Tallinn che e’ distante 3 km. Tallin adesso è una città estremamente evoluta e super organizzata e moderna al punto tale che negli autobus nei posti a sedere ci sono addirittura cavi USB per caricare il cellulare (cosa che non avevo ancora visto. Nice environment, big room! You can enjoy the bathtub in your room ~ The staff is quite nice The location is a bit far from the old town, but you can choose to take the bolt, which is quite cheap

Our stay was amazing! We love the location of the hotel and how accessible things are. The room is very clean and tidy, and service is very nice too. It will be my pick if I go back to Tallinn in the future.

The experience was just amazing ! I was staying in hotel to celebrate birthday in Tallinn, and I was amazed of how good it is ! The room was brilliant on a higher floor! It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good All the personnel were polite and helpful, it was easy to navigate from hotel to all city parts to have fun :) highly recommend this place to stay !

The hotel itself is good . Reception is great. But big tip can give to not book this hotel from any agent like trip.com booking . Agoda and other because you gonna punished by hotel to be charged 15 euro for use swimming pool of hotel !!! Its absolutely crazy policy. Shame accor !!!

Great stay! Stayed in the Swiss Advantage King room. Spacious hotel room with good housekeeping and the gym is well-equipped and has a Concept2 Rower with a PM5 monitor. Great location near tram stops and just 1 minute from Stockmann mall and supermarket. Get a high floor with great unblocked view.

Friendly stuff and luggage service - rooms were great but lack of bidet shower. Also coffee machine was dirty with too few coffees and minibar was bad.

An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

Reception personnel during night should be better trained. Not a 5 star service and not the promoted Swiss Welcome at all. Disappointing, I would recommend the Radisson next door. The room is nice although view is „blocked“ by building cranes. The breakfast buffet is good.

Very helpful, courteous and professional staff. The rooms are not cramped up but spacious and open plus the very nice views . The manager was extremely helpful and professional too . I’ll go back there in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
